This store is terrible gets worse every time. Been shopping here 25 plus years and I think I’m done. You clip the digital coupons and about half go through. Got took today for nearly $50 in over charges. Steak was 5.77 got charged 9.99 asparagus.97 paid 2.99 went back in for part of it took 20 minutes at customer service. Still owe me about 30$. Screw this place. Over it
Outdated, small isles, people are fine there, just a tacky place. I see they are starting a remodel, should help tremendously especially since Thriftway is gone.
Generally I don't have any issues. Most of the associates and managers are helpful and I can find what I'm looking for. Everyone has an off-day, so I don't hold it against them. My one complaint - since joining forces with Safeway, the quality and prices have drastically changed, and not for the better. Some items, I shop elsewhere for. And I see myself abandoning Albertsons altogether, eventually.
