We tried this truck because I love papusas and heard theirs were the best. We ordered Carne Asada Tortas, a Queso Papusa, and a Queso & Beans Papusa.
I have to say we were not disappointed at all. Everything was excellent, customer service was great, and the prices were fair.
I have another favorite to add to my list of places to eat.

5 menu items. Quesadillas, Tortas, Papusas, Burritos and Tacos. Traditional meat choices.The location is good with fair access right off the interstate. Truck and trailer parking right across the street.I would have given it 5 stars but there is no menu, no prices, no listing of meat options or descriptions of what is in the various menu options (i.e. what is in the burrito or total or quesadilla).

Bonus: the flour they use is all Gf! I asked and the lady said they only use corn flour and the bag says gluten free. I didn’t ask about the seasonings, but I was super excited they don’t...
