Amazing gem along our roadtrip. Front desk, Gladis was so helpful, kind, and attentive. House keeping was incredibly caring and helpful as well. I am so grateful we found this place along our drive to WA. Great location, and Cafe vanilla latte downstairs in the lobby. Clean rooms, spacious for two queens and a wonderful view of the beautiful river.

Rooms were great and comfy. Check in was easy and they were very welcoming to our pet and accommodations. I would say probably skip the restaurant though and find somewhere else to eat. there drinks are good though.

I have to say I am quite disappointed with service I received over the phone by the front desk staffing . I made a call regarding questions about applications . A Yahaira answered the phone in a tone , after asking a question about the applications I was hung up on . No call back either .

This is a very nice place to stay, on the river and beautiful location. But for me where I stay in hotels most nights of the year, the staff here are probably the best! The restaurant is really good and the staff there is beyond good! Friendly, and the conversation is amazing! And sometimes after a long day, thats all someone needs is a nice smile and conversation! Definitely go have dinner and talk to the staff.

Lovely place. Clean rooms. We checked in late evening on the Friday after Thanksgiving so I have to say the service wasn’t great…the girl didn’t even stand up to check me in…but I assume the service is probably better at other times. We will definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful location for us to stay. We are driving cross country and this is the nicest hotel we stayed in - and more affordable than a lot of the lesser-quality hotels. Service was friendly and warm, the grounds were beautiful (along with a trail that goes along the river) and the rooms were clean. What more can you ask for?
