Don't have your doors locked when serving customers.
We needed a place to eat on our long trip to Idaho. Subway to the rescue. Clean bathrooms. There was plenty of parking. Staff were nice and the eating area was clean.

Came here on our way to Idaho to stop for lunch at around 11:30 AM today . We waited In Line for a whopping 40 minutes (there was only 5 people in front of us ). Only three people working and two of them had headphones in and had terrible customer service . They were all working extremely slow like they didn’t see how long everyone had been waiting for their sandwich . There were flies buzzing around landing ON THE PRODUCE and on people’s sandwiches being made . Once we got our food it was honestly disgusting . Everything didn’t taste right and made us all feel sick after eating it . I would rate this subway a 1

UPDATE: Do not use the Doordash feature. Their driver, Angela in Boardman, literally stole our order. It's all on camera.
I ordered something for my daughter as I'm out of town and she doesn't have a car. They took almost 3 hours to even begin the delivery process. Then, this idiot driver drove by 3 times even as we walked down the driveway. I called subway, they're like oh sorry we can't do anything. YOU OFFER THE SERVICE. There is no redemption for this place with me. From their old produce to reused meat, never agsin.
I'm so done. After 5 years of this... EVERY time I order online it in the drive-thru our orders are wrong. The reader board at the drive through gives you one price and they always charge you more when you get to the window. I'm sick of paying crazy prices for a crappy sandwich that isn't even correct. You literally have to stand there watching them to get the correct order and not be overcharged. Rediculos.

Just ordered The Philly footlong obviously didn't get all the meat. Wasnt even meat on the whole sandwich guessing new associate and not trained... Missing meat and suppose to have 2x cheese yet both are not visible. I'm guessing guy only put 1 tray of meat for a 6 inch and spread across the whole sandwich. Not pleased with Boardman location... Place ran by High schoolers that stay in back when your waiting for service. I know most subways have a rule to greet you as you walk in the door while they help those before.

Stopped here while on a road trip. Gabe was great, he was very proactive with helping us as well as friendly. Good experience, good job Gabe.
Glass on veggies area was very dirty, the whole restaurant needed cleaning and stocking.
