Showed up at 7 and was turned away, even though they say open till 8 pm. Also half the time if we got a to go order it was wrong. For what we ordered aka onion rings instead of fries or other little things no tomatoes on a burger but got charged for everything extra. Drive the extra 24 mile to Klamath and get better food and

I just moved up here like 10 mins from this place , heard alot of good things about it from a few people so wanted to give it a try friday night . it was one of the worst experiences so far since i moved up here in oregon. Im hispanic , me and my partner wanted to go by the pool table / bar area & the server lady older white lady says outloud "you guys hurry it up and keep my kitchen clear " . we sit down , across from is is a table full of white men . they start saying outloud towards us "go back home " i will never step a foot in this place or recommend this place for someone who is colored . i went to cactus j and had such a wonderful experience there .

I had high hopes for this restaurant that was built in 1873 but somebody redecorated it and split up the bar from the restaurant from the diner and you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the dining room which is dirty. The food is overpriced especially considering 30 minutes away actually 15 minutes away in Klamath Falls you have the Black Bear Diner whose food is 80% better in my opinion. The people that work there are very kind and sweet but I think they're used to it not being busy and I don't recall anyone asking if we needed anything else. They were kind and nice but it didn't make up for a very expensive dinner of prime rib that was not cooked properly but was spiced terrific. I would say it's probably one of the better restaurants in town but I like the Mexican one down the street a whole lot better
