Got their beer from MoC, the Bourbon barrel aged was delightful! Strong and flavorful. The cork was a little tight as some other reviews say, but I'd rather that then risk bad beer. Looking forward to trying some more.

I've just tasted your Bourbon barrel aged stout, and it seems to me there is no flavor from the barrel at all, just the chocolatey flavor that I find too overpowering. I've tasted quite a few bourbon barrel stouts so I have a good idea about how this product tastes. The 7.5% alcohol content indicates that maybe you didn't leave the stout in the barrels long enough. Usually, the alcohol content is above 10% and higher. Good luck. Oh, I just thought of another thing: I had to remove the cork with a corkscrew, it was impossible for me to pry or twist off.
