They were so friendly and kind and even let me come in early so I could leave in time for my flight out of Boise. The service and food was amazing!! I wish we had this place in our town.

Very unfriendly and zero customer service. It seems the young girls either had a lack of training or just didn't want to be there at all. They didn't quite know how to operate the register. I ordered an iced dirty chai latte with 3 espresso shots. 75% of it was ice and there was maybe one shot of espresso or it was a pre mixed out of the carton dirty chai. The caramel machiato my husband ordered came in a glass mug and was half full and tasteless. The food was mediocre. The atmosphere was unwelcoming.

Great little bistro. The staff is very friendly, good food & nice atmosphere. This is another gem spot to visit while visiting in the area or if you live here.

Great sandwich’s and very reasonably priced. Mom had an awesome (and huge) turkey sandwich. I had the French dip.

No actual review of the food, me and my kids weren’t even welcomed here, no greet when we came in, after they took the order of the people in front of us they walked away and I’m assuming the owner came from back walked out to look at us and then looked at the waitress who gave her a shrug like I don’t know why they’re here then would randomly stare at us the whole time we stood there, I dust my feet from this place don’t recommend no hospitality

I hate to write bad reviews... but I was quite disappointed this time. The food is decent... but I hate paying 10.50 for something I can make at home for 5 dollars. I got the chicken ranch wrap and on the menu it says its supposed to be grilled chicken but it tasted more like shredded chicken. I was also fairly disappointed in the service. The young girl was not the most friendliest and I wished she had been a bit friendlier, it would make for a more pleasant experience.

Really great spot. Got coffee. It was delicious, brewed very well, and not overpriced. Most places burn the coffee with water that's too hot and tastes acrid, but not here! I got the sausage breakfast burrito, and it was perfect. Again, great little spot, stop in, and spend some money it's worth it!

I pray the owners never experience the discrimination they served me and my kids today, after clearly seeing they did not want us there with the blank stares they gave us or the shrugs and head shakes they gave each other we left, no small town hospitality here

TLDR if you want good quality and value for your money go eat at the Pine Room. The food is expensive and small portions at Bella Java.I am super disappointed with my last experience at Bella Java. After a nice overnight visit to the Hot springs we were stoked to grab a breakfast burrito and coffee and be on our way.As soon as I saw the breakfast burrito I was shocked by how small it was. Smaller than my hand. Probably used a single egg in there. Very little ingredients used other than the wrap. Picture included for reference. The last time I visited Bella Java I remembered how good the food was and it felt like good value. Not any longer. This is more expensive than airport food! The service staff said that they are making them smaller now because of “costs”. Yet for $13 I can go across the street to the Pine Room and get a chicken wrap that is huge and delicious with home made ranch dressing and fries. At most this is a $8 burrito. Buyer beware.Long story short: Spent $40 for two burritos and two coffees and we were left hungry afterwards.Would love to come back and patronize after this issue is addressed.
