!Years ago, when we went through town, we visited here, and they told us that they did not have chocolate dipped cones. I'm sure that it was the employees first day working alone or something. But that has always stayed with us as a funny trip experience. So now, whenever we are going through that part of the state, we always stop at this particular dairy queen and we order chocolate dip.Cones. It's a simple tradition.

Slightly sketchy feeling of a location, but overall a great stop for bathroom traveling, some HOT fries and kind customer service. Employees were sweet and they were all laughing and being playful, but didn't let it interrupt their work. Sounds like they all enjoy their job and are being taken care of. I love seeing this at establishments.

Food was good but it is a shame employees are allowed to wear offensive political tee shirts instead of uniform shirts. As we dined in the flies where a constant nuisance and as other diners finished and left no one wiped off the tables. We love dairy queen but next time in burns we will find someplace else to eat.

I almost never leave reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I had to. I work at another Dairy Queen, and this was by far the worst visit I've ever had. I didn’t receive my cheese curds, and my sandwich was missing both the cheese and tomato. The fries were ice cold, and there was no ketchup included. Sadly, the chicken was also cold and so dry that even my dog wouldn’t eat it. I tried to return to get it fixed, but they had already closed early and were turning people away, including those behind me.
