El Toreo Mexican Restaurant

The staff was very friendly and service was nice. Food could have been better though. The nachos were definitely just a plate of chips and cheese/meat melted in the microwave. Made me wonder if that's how they heat all of their food.

This is a terrific Mexican restaurant with the best service and food. I highly recommend the pork enchiladas and chile rellenos!

It's a nice place to sit and eat, have a drink, meet up with family. Easy going atmosphere.

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner. The chips and salsa were wonderful and I loved the enchiladas. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, nice and attentive service - next time we’re in Burns we’ll be back!

Came from out of town for a work trip and ate here. This is the best Mexican food I have ever had in my life....

Person whom took order said 25 minutes vwas more like 45 minutes. Charged for a cup of water while waiting . Small portions and not the best either.
Store bought chips for $250 and store bought tortillas is reduculas I could of made it myself better and saved money , what a disappointment.

I have eaten here for several years, (passing through from Ontario to Bend) the food has gone down in quality, the salsa now tastes canned. The prices are expensive in my opinion, reorder of salsa which was a 2-3 ounce bowl I was charged for it. Last year I had the Chile Verde, it was great. Next time I may try the taco truck across the street from them.

I ordered a steak burrito and double checked they wouldn’t put sour cream on it because I am allergic to dairy. Of course they put sour cream on it and it also tastes terrible. The “burrito” is a low quality tortilla that is loosely wrapped (open ended) around sub par steak and rice. There was no guacamole like I checked there would be. I’ll never eat there again.
