Very nice place to eat. Good food and plenty of it. Serving staff attentive and helpful. Only down side is not very warm inside, wear warm clothes.

Our food took a long time to come to us, and the patties on our burgers were thin and came with Ore-Ida fries, but the people were all very kind, answered our questions, and refilled our water. The decor is nice, and there's mugs on the wall set aside for regulars.
Overall it was a positive experience, but it left something to be desired.

This is very nice little mom and pop restaurant in the small town of Butte Falls, OR. The food was delicious and the service was spot on. Our breakfast biscuits and gravy came to the table quickly and piping hot. The owner was very nice and did an amazing job(s) of greeter, server, cook, and cashier. If I am in Butte Falls again, I will definitely come back to the Sugar Pine Cafe.

The Sugar Pine is a wonderful little out of the way cafe. Great food and peaceful comfortable atmosphere!! It has the BEST burgers! Fies and onion rings are equally good!! It's worth the drive up for breakfast or lunch, especially if you get there on a day of homemade potato salad!! Happy friendly people and great food! After you eat drive down and check out the falls!! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings.
Stopped there for the first time.. saw the prices and couldn't believe it.. my wife ordered the patty melt and I ordered the Fireman's burger.. and they were AMAZING!!! The burger was hot, all the spices gave it a kick without being over whelming.They were also running the Tree stand next door, and when I borrowed the saw from them, I said too bad they are closing, but the ladies said we still got a couple to go orders, feel free to order .
