It's not as good as it used to be. This was a family favorite. Quality and especially service has gone down.

I've been to another location of the Biscuits Cafe in the past and was not super impressed with the quality of the food. However, this location served me and my friend an amazing brunch, the servers were super polite and kind and we had a good time. I would say the service was a little bit lacking, like the host didn't give us silverware or water, and it seemed to be a very slow day for them. (I actually had to steal silverware from an empty table to stir my coffee and wipe up condensation from the table). It was a weekday, and everyone was super nice. I'd go again.

Saturday morning fast service with very little wait time. Food was very good quality. Chicken fried steak was cooked without being greasy or flat and mushy. Friendly staff, overall it's hard to find a good quality breakfast restaurant but this place nailed it.

Delicious food, and generous quantities! One dish is enough for two or three meals

A family group of us had breakfast here several times and really enjoyed the experience. The breakfast food was delicious and the waitstaff and fast and courteous. Highly recommend this location for a great breakfast.

First time going to this restaurant and had family from out of town. They were a little busy and we sat outside. Our host brought us out menus and it took thirty minutes and I went inside and asked if we could get a server and she came and took our drink order and said she can’t take out food order and that her coworkers were busy. After an hour and no one else came out we finally just left. Disappointed

Expensive franchise breakfast spot. The food was ok, not too memorable. I do remember the staff being excellent and the restroom was beautiful.
Kid-friendliness: My grandkids had their own menu options.

i’m just not as impressed with the food as i used to be when the business was less commercial. when it was more private. and expect to wait for service even if you get a table right away. however don’t take it out on the waiters and waitresses. they do the best they can . restaurants are so under staffed like many other businesses .

Sadly another disappointing experience. We sat at a dirty table for 37 minutes watching the four parties that came after us get waited on. Five other groups all walked out. After 45 minutes with not a single word we finally left too.

Just way too expensive to justify returning.
