Tried to order online for delivery and it kept saying they cancelled because they couldn't fulfill our delivery, but no explanation why. Called to place order over the phone it was AI. I asked to speak to a real person and it told me the employees don't take orders. I hung up.

I paid an extra $4.95 for double meat and received what looked like less than a single portion. That’s not a minor mistake, that’s paying for something you clearly didn’t deliver. On top of that, trying to call the store was ridiculous. I had to sit through endless automated prompts just to try to reach a real person. Extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Do better.
