I got the boba drink and it said it’s one price but the guy at the window charged us a diff price because we didn’t pay extra for something that’s already included in the drink…didn’t make sense to be charged extra for something that’s already in the drink and not getting extra.

Lady with glasses was taking order outside and was rude when we went over someone who was way behind the next car, made it seem like I cut 5 cars, I didn't like her way of explaining, so much for a non serious issue
My boyfriend gave me the confidence to share my experience. Some creepy guy with a newspaper boy hat was hitting on me SO inappropriately. I called the store after to ask the name of the guy wearing that hat and they said his name is Connor. I felt disgusting afterwards... I'm not sure what else to say but I won't be coming back to this Dutch Bros anymore.
Tuedsay july 9th around 11:40am Stood by the counter waiting for someone to take my order or even acknowledge me. That didn't happen. We spend WAY to much money here to be treated this way. We usually do drive thru but parked so we could feed our newborn since we were heading home from a funeral!!!! Just walked out and finished feeding baby and left. So awkward. And what a crappy way to feel when we just wanted a pick me up after waking up so early and going to a funeral. Shame on the staff here today.
