I did not get food so cannot comment on that. I asked to replace turkey with salami in a sandwich and when rung up it was $1.75 more. They explained to me they had to charge for the salami even though there was no turkey and that they don't do substitutions. I have NEVER had a sub shop refuse to substitute one protein for another so I left without a sandwich and won't be back.

Second time I have come here and yet again, I am greeted with the most snarky attitude by the drive thru worker. And seems as if I’m not the only one having this issue after speaking to a few other locals. There should be a little talk with your worker, in glasses, who regularly does the drive thru. You’re losing customers because of him.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Jimmy John’s location on 10/09/24. My experience was beyond frustrating, and the behavior of one employee in particular was unacceptable. I have never encountered such blatant disrespect and poor customer service skills.

When we arrived at the drive-thru and I greeted the employee with a simple, “Good afternoon,” he made fun of me. I noticed him laughing as we pulled up to the window, and his entire demeanor was smug and condescending. This was not just a slight chuckle or friendly banter — he was openly mocking me, which was both humiliating and completely unprofessional.

Throughout the entire checkout process, he maintained a rude and disrespectful attitude. He didn’t make eye contact, was curt in his responses, and seemed to go out of his way to make the situation uncomfortable. Instead of providing any semblance of courteous service, he seemed more interested in ridiculing me and making the experience as unpleasant as possible.

I’ve never felt so disrespected at a fast food restaurant before. It’s clear that this employee has no concept of how to treat customers and should be reprimanded for his behavior. I expect a certain level of professionalism, especially at a business like Jimmy John’s, and this incident fell far below even the most basic standards of customer service.

Management needs to seriously reconsider who they allow to interact with customers if they want to maintain any level of respectability. This employee should not be allowed to continue behaving in such a manner. I hope this feedback reaches someone in charge so that no other customers have to deal with this kind of unprofessionalism.

Maybe this is just a canby thing, because the wilsonville locations is a lot more civil and nice. Will not be returning to this location, and I recommend you do the same.

I came by to grab lunch and Josh took my order. The coupon I had in the app. was not working properly and he helped sort it out. He was kind and patient and turned what had been a challenging day into a bright spot. I left feeling recognized as a valuable customer and had a smile on my face thanks to Josh.

After half an hour waiting for my food I called the store and they let me know it hadn't even left the store yet. They made excuses instead of customer service. So much for freaky fast.

Ordered food for my family thinking with a slogan like freaky fast it would be here quickly. Waited over an hour before my kids could not wait any longer and canceled the full order. Only excuse was “we only have one driver and they got lost.” Unacceptable.

Ordered a sandwich delivery from the High school across the street and it took them over an hour to deliver it. I missed my lunch break. Even worse, when I called to complain about the situation, there was no apology, instead they hung up on me. Would not recommend.

Great sandwiches, it was an every once in a while thing because they are pretty pricey. But after this latest price gouge I can no longer justify eating here. It’s a bummer because there aren’t a whole lot of quick service restaurants in the area.
