No better or worse than other fast food restaurants. The staff were brusk but professional at a busy time. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

When I order my food they said that they never got it and I paid like 22$ for my family’s food and I had to pay 2 times just kuz thye did it get it the person taking my order never put stuff on the receipt and she was super rude

Fast and efficient. Hardly no wait time even with a longer line in drive thru
I would say you get what you pay for but they've raised the prices so much that now you pay top dollar for garbage quality food. They killed the atmosphere that we all grew up loving and now it's more like a prison cafeteria vibe. There are much better options where you can get quality food for the same price or less such as Wendy's.

Going through drive thru, had to pull forward as my order (2 double cheeseburgers - mac sauce only & 2 mcchicken sandwiches) was too difficult for them to complete...served about 5 other orders before coming outside to deliver Mt food. Got a block away only to realize, they just scraped off the ketchup/pickeles & onion from a regular cheeseburger added a patty and served it to me. Had to drive back & return the wrong food annoy to have to wait again for them to fill at least 5 other orders before going mine. No apology, no offer of anything! Horrible service and barely put any mac sauce on my burgers
