The level of incompetence when getting your order taken is unreal. Seems to be a huge misunderstanding on what a normal order is and then an extra 3 scoop side. Didn't get any of my rice. Will not come back to this location. The person taking orders today needs to be trained properly.

Delicious! We were having some drinks at the tavern around the corner and decided to grab some takeout. After much deliberation, we decided to try Roxy’s, and it was the right decision! Delicious food, reasonable prices, our order was ready quickly and very friendly staff. We will definitely be back soon!

Roxy’s Hawaiian food—what can I say? Absolutely tremendous. The food? Incredible. The service? Top-notch. They treat you like royalty, believe me. Every dish is a winner—huge portions, fantastic flavors, and everything is just done perfectly. It’s easily one of my favorite places to eat in Canby—maybe even the whole state. Nobody does Hawaiian food better than Roxy’s. Five stars, no question. Love it!

I came here for the first time. The food was dry the garlic chicken was overcooked. The kalbi chicken had no sauce. However, I was disappointed how dirty this place. Toilets broken and full of waste. Tables very dirty. I will try again but hopefully, the cleanliness will improve.

Best authentic Hawaiian food I have had. My daughter loved the Musubi. Even made me go back and get more after trying it. Walked here from the high school.

I love the food usually, It needs more sauce in a little less. Dried out for me but it's pretty good anyways even with that. The staff, however, sometimes can be a little snippy. Females to be honest with you more than the males. They seem to feel inconvenient sometimes that you're there ordering food. You are unable to call the restaurant in case you want to make sure that they're open or have. What you want, all you get is a voicemail when you call with no option to speak to somebody, You can not make phone orders, but you cannot make special orders online. You just have to order what they serve. You can't have something separated or things like that if you want your max salad. And you're fried rice or you're right. Separated from the rate main dish you cannot do that online And because they do not take phone orders or even have an ability for us to get ahold of them on the phone. You can't make those adjustments that way. So you have to go in and order your food and then wait.

Service was horrible and super slow. The food was burnt, waiting 45 min for some short ribs to drive 15 min home and find they were totally charcoal after I specifically ask them to be close to medium or no charcoal. Will Never eat here again and will not recommend. There were lots of angry customers as I was waiting.
