One thing you can say about Starbucks is that they're consistent and it doesn't matter which location you visit across this planet. Starbucks has great simple breakfast meals and coffee!. Keep it up!

Took 20 minutes to make 2 drinks with 5 people on staff. This is ridiculous that they took so long to make our drinks which caused me to be late to work. We even told them that we cannot wait any longer and they did not do or offer anything else.

I go to this location almost every morning, everyone is so nice but the drinks are always sooo inconsistent. Today my drink was genuinely probably half the cup filled with caramel sauce... I'm not sure how that's even possible to add so much caramel sauce? I appreciate everything else from them besides the inconsistency and just overdoing the sauces.

Asked for my coffee extra hot, it came Luke warm. Took 18 minutes to get 2 coffees, it seemed like they catered to the uber customers before the customers standing and waiting.They had the front 5 parking spots labeled for online orders, the handicap parking spots were way too far away in comparison.The barista that took my order argued with me when I told her that my banana bread was stale and asked for a new piece, I had ripped a small corner off to try it and I tasted like it was 3 days old.Very disappointed with the entire experience. ESPECIALLY THE ♿️ PARKING SPOTS BEING SO FAR AWAY

I am very upset and disappointed. I waited 15 minutes for ONE drink. I waited patiently and when I saw people come in and order and get there drinks a few minutes later I asked for a return and the lady was so rude. I do have to say the lady in the glasses that took my order was so sweet and nice.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I notice that most of the employees have bitter attitudes, lack customer service skills. Like don’t even try, maybe treat your employees better or get some proper customer service training. And they also mess drinks up way too often, mistakes happen but nasty attitudes on top of messing up order is no bueno.

This is store is great. Wonderful customer service! I left a pound of coffee in the lobby last week and when I came in today they had saved it!!!! Above and beyond at this store, always!!!!

As far as I know, this is the only stand-alone Starbucks in Canby (the other one is inside of Safeway). The location is very convenient, being right on Highway 99E (1st Street). There is a brisk drive-through business and plenty of seating. Service was friendly and quick.Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces, because this store shares parking with many other stores.

There is nothing like really good customer service!! J is the best barista in the world!! Super bubbly and positive and hilarious!! I always leave laughing and happy regardless of the mood I arrived in!! Thank you for that J!! We appreciate you so much!!

Staff are unfriendly- get drinks incorrectly. They don't even apologize for the mix ups either. Definitely avoid if possible

I am here from out of state and I am staying close to this Starbucks and have come now for three mornings in a row and wanted to leave a review because I was very happy with the drinks that have been consistently made very well! The staff are all so friendly and helpful! The only thing I would want changed is some thing I have seen at every Starbucks I have gone to early in the morning. I don't understand why they start out the day with full trash bags and restrooms not so clean. I don't know why they don't empty the trash and clean the place the day before at closing or do it the next day before opening at least.
