I have never been so disrespected as a customer as I was today. I knew what sandwich I wanted with a couple changes. The server was determined to make it her way. I questioned her and she was short with me about the way I wanted my sandwich. I asked her to please put the dressing on the veggies she ignored me again saying it doesn't matter it all goes to the same place. She asked do you want anything else . I said no paid and proceeded to throw my sandwich away. I was not comfortable eating it. She needs to be trained on customer service.

Took forever for someone to acknowledge me, then Bailey said what do you want. She was so rude. I ask what kind of bread she said they are right here in front. As she was making my 2) 6" subs she put her hand on 1/2 of sandwich to reach and squished my bread. The bread tasted stale I have never had a rudder person make my food. I will NEVER go back to this subway again. Bailey should not be allowed to work in the food industry
Just tried to pay with cash and was told they don’t accept that. Completely ruined my 30 min lunch. What a lame store. Needless to say I’ll never be back.

You go in and the two kids working let us stand there with out saying anything customer service in this place is the worst so we stood there for 5 min not a word I think it's time the owner do something about this if the like staying in business we finally left . And will never go in this subway again so my advice is don't eat here till they make changes if you don't go in there sales drop then maybe they will see why customers service is truly important just a hello be right with you would had been ok but ignoring people is not good

People behind the counter making our sandwiches truly needs to smile! Tho she made our sandwich the way we wanted... not once did she smile n got very irritated at our very particular way we wanted our sandwich.
