They ask if you want sauce then give you none, not even one. They get our order wrong every single time!!! Make sure you not only check that you have the correct amount of items but make sure it’s actually what you ordered. They also have items on their menu that are no longer available and have not been for months.

Im really getting tired of this place not making a simple order correctly. I paid EXTRA for more beef and nacho cheese and they can't even do that.

Came into Canby to visit my aunt. Had been thinking about getting the “come back” tostado, like the old days, and one of their new menu chicken tacos. What a disappointing JOKE. The taco was a flat greasy mess. If it had chicken in it you wouldn’t know it. The tostada was the most disappointing thing I’ve ever seen. I was shocked. Looked the tablespoon of beans was smeared on the shell like mud. Lettuce chunks and literally no cheese. After arriving at my destination I showed my aunt. She was appalled. That’s when I grabbed my phone and Google Taco Bell canby, then read the reviews. One after the other was negative and worse than the one before. Pictures of the food, you have the audacity to serve, looked as bad as mine. How is your manager still working? Why haven't you fired the food the food assemblers? You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I need to be compensated!

Stood there waiting for quite some time, wanted to talk to a person, but the 5 workers kept just staring funny and not saying a word or acknowledging us. Signs say to order at the kiosk, but if you go in the side door, the kiosks were invisible. After finally finding the kiosk and ordering, my friend was paying in cash. Stood there waiting again, with no one to tell us that cash needed to be paid BEFORE order was even started to be made. There is no signage that says so either. Very frustrated with this experience, especially after standing around for over 20 minutes waiting. Manager was rude and unhelpful.

We ordered a five layer burrito, didn’t get it. And the rest of our order was cold, no napkins
For $11 this is pretty unacceptable both street tacos were like this, maybe 4-5 pieces of thinly sliced steak. The Taco Bell off of airport way loads these suckers up, entire taco full of steak

Renaldo is the real MVP. He is patient, personable, and friendly. We would come through the drive thru any day that he is working because he makes our experience so much better.

Since switching to automated ordering the food has gone down hill. Since the staff never have to look at or speak you they slopply throw your order together.
