Stopped by today. It is my husbands birthday & asked if we could do a free birthday coffee for him w/o the app. They said yes. Then when they rung us said they couldnāt do it without the app. He was getting a black coffee so nothing fancy. Then they used my points from my app to pay for his coffee & said it automatically did it & I didnāt have a choice as when I could use it.
Iām really disappointed on how this was handled. Iām a pretty regular customer & had a free coffee coming up that I did want to use to pay for a black coffee that I was told was going to be free. If theyād just said hey canāt do the birthday drink without the app it would have been fine. Luckily Canby has many other options. Not planning to go back anytime soon.

I strictly come here because of three of the ladies that work here are awesome and they deserve patronage and tips! The coffee prices have went up so much it's kind of crazy... and getting unaffordable! It's the morning staff that keeps me coming back!!

Terrible blended drinks taste like warm milk when I asked for almond milk, and the workers here are little disrespectful and vulgar teenagers with anger problems when someone politely asks to get a drink re done!

I think it is time to find a new coffee place! I have gone here numerous times, and numerous times Iāve got the incorrect order.
How hard is it to figure out a breve mocha? I constantly have to remind them that it is a breve mocha, not simply a breve, where I end up with the wrong drink. That has happened several times.
The people here are nice enough, but there is no consistency. Today, my drink was correct, but as seen in the photo, on a 20 ounce drink I was short changed about 2 inches. Whatās the deal? Drinks cost so much these days, to get less than what you paid for is kind of the last straw with me. Moving on to somewhere else.
Just FYI. They canāt use the foam settling excuse, as the top 2 inches of the cup is clean.

The Canby Human Bean is the best coffee stand in the region. I live in town and work in Wilsonville, but I go here because the coffee is good and itās the only place nearby where customer service isnāt terrible. Even their nearest other location has staff who are really rude. Donāt even get me started about āDutch Dudes.ā But this Canby location sets the standard for coffee stand quality service. They rock. Also, I have much respect for the note at the window that states they donāt ask for tips. Thats how it should be. They donāt hand me a tablet asking for tips and thatās why I tip them. Keep it up homies. š
