Have been to this establishment twice now. Once for my birthday and the next for our daughters. Amazing cold crisp beer. The food is outstanding. I don’t remember the name of the appetizer, but I think it’s the Southwest Chicken Rolls! They are a must have. They are OUTSTANDING. One of the best appetizers I have ever had. For dinner, my wife and daughter both had their shrimp tacos and they say that they are to die for. Our son-in-law and I had the Nashville chicken sandwich. You can get it either Buffalo style or armadillo hot sauce style are amazing. If you’ve had Dave’s Hot Chicken, this beats it! Full of flavor, juicy and outstanding. Atmosphere is the old rustic saloon. Out door seating for large groups with a heater right above you to keep warm on those chilly days. If you’re in the Canby area stop in and say we sent you.Give a shout out to my son in law and the company he works for Vision Diesel they sponsor each other.

Had a last-minute meeting for lunch in an area I'm not really familiar with. The client said he knew a spot & he'd drive. We ended up at the Wild Hare, and I'm glad we did! What a great lunch spot. You can go healthy with lots of great options or pig out on appetizers and go straight to dessert.He had a buffalo chicken wrap while I went with a medium rare NY strip and twice baked potato.Cool roadhouse atmosphere and tasty food.
Randomly stopped in. Had the chili which was exactly how I love it. Came with some yummy bread/toast. I think it was sourdough.Onion rings are excellent. Great service and interaction with staff .

Decided to check a new spot outside of our normal area and the Wild Hare did not disappoint. Stepping inside, we were greeted by a warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and the enticing aroma of home-cooked food.The menu features classic country fare, with everything made from scratch using fresh, local ingredients. From juicy steaks and golden fried onion rings and delectable homemade pies, there's something to satisfy every craving.The portions are generous, and the staff was very attentive.If you're looking for a delicious and heartwarming dining experience, this country restaurant is a must-visit.

I ate lunch with a friend in the outdoor patio. The service was excellent our wait staff was prompt, courteous, and kept the table free of used plates & utensils. The ambiance on the patio was perfect, it was a sunny winter day, it was not crowded, and I enjoyed the patio heaters. The food however was not to their standard, I hope. Both of us became ill after eating here - for about four days and we had completely different meals. I had the Tuna salad and my friend had a burger and fries. Something in the food was tainted and I am sad to report this but I won't eat here again and cannot recommend it. My friend and I appreciated the customer service and thought this was probably not the norm, it's worth noting the occurrence.
