Brandt was super chill, wings were great, it does get very busy so be prepared to wait, the 2 servers were running around non-stop and were probably understaffed so be a little patient, overall great spot for some bar food after spending all day at the beach

We got the sampler plate and a side of fries. When I tell you, this food was the HIGHLIGHT of our day. Everything was delicious, especially the pulled pork and andouille sausage. Service was so quick and friendly. I hope to return!

Brisket was amazing, I had the tacos and my husband had the sandwich! We ended up taking 2 lbs home, as well!!

The menu is limited and we struggled trying to find something more appetizing on the menu. Settled on the pear salad and duck charcuterie board. Not bad ... just not great.

Smallest restaurant I have ever been to; definitely took us by surprise when we came inside. A little cramped and there were only two seats left at the tiny bar but it didn't deter us from wanting to try it out. Enjoyed the music and the atmosphere despite the tight space.

We ordered their version of a Moscow mule and a sunny haze IPA for drinks and both got the brisket sandwich with fries. The mule was a little sour but not bad and the beer was pretty good, but the brisket sandwiches were sub par; toasted sourdough bread with coleslaw and a somewhat spicy aioli with mozzarella cheese and a house made barbecue sauce. The fries were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I have to admit the brisket was more like a pot roast and didn't have quite the flavor we were hoping for. Unimpressed with the barbecue sauce, and although the sandwich was quite large, it was not worth the price of roughly 20 bucks for just one sandwich. 2 brisket sandwiches and two drinks came out to nearly $82. What's worse, I only ate half the sandwich and felt terrible on the way home to Beaverton; it was a long drive. Immediately ended up in the bathroom.

The service was decent but it did take longer than anticipated to get an order in. Seemed like a cool crew.

Lots of potential, and perhaps the other items on the menu are better, but I don't think I'll be going back.

The kids loved the brisket tacos, but its nothing out of this world – especially at $10/taco, we'd expect a bit more. It is a plus size taco, though. Service wise, I think they were going for a nonchalant surfer vibe but perhaps because we are a family, it didn't quite click. Overall, a decent stop, but probably overpriced, esp when you can get an authentic taco at $3 a piece (understandably smaller with cheaper rent & not smoked) just one town over.

I really loved their cheese curds, so perfectly seasoned and cheesy. Way to go you guys.

Awesome food and awesome people. It is tiny, so it's best to go when they're not super busy. Just like with any small business, you may need to be patient if they're slammed. The grilled cheese and nachos with brisket are both fantastic. I've been more than 10 times and never had anything that wasn't great.

I stopped by Cannon Beach Smokehouse on a beautiful Saturday afternoon this past January, just after walking around town to catch a glimpse of the planet alignment near Haystack Rock. After a refreshing coastal stroll, I was ready to warm up and grab a bite, and this spot was just a short walk away with a great location right in the heart of town.

When I arrived, the place was packed—so packed, in fact, that there was nowhere to sit. It’s a small venue, and while that makes it cozy, it also makes it a bit chaotic during busy times. I can only imagine how crowded it must get in the summer. It might help if they had some heaters outside for people who are waiting in the colder months, or at least a better system to let guests know about wait times.

That said, the staff was friendly and working hard to keep up. I ordered the smoked pork nachos (I believe it was brisket or pork—they were generous and tasty either way), and the portion size was impressive. My Bloody Mary was just okay—not bad, but nothing to rave about either.

One thing I felt was a miss: an employee came in during peak dinner time and grabbed a table for themselves while several paying guests were still waiting. In a place that small, during that busy of a night, it just didn’t sit right. Hopefully that’s not a regular occurrence.

Prices were fair, and parking wasn’t too difficult to find, which is always a plus in Cannon Beach.

Overall, the food had promise and the location is ideal, but a few tweaks in service and space management could really elevate the experience. Worth a stop if you’re already in the area, especially if you’re patient or visit during quieter hours.

The food is AMAZING... worthy of all caps. And the atmosphere is great. We'll definitely be back.

Dirty Fries, Brisket Sandwiches, and Grilled Cheese. 10/10. Incredible food and easily the best meal I have had in a while.
