This is a perfect cozy upscale dining experience. If you are looking for great food, and great service, this is the restaurant to go to.Food is outstanding, we enjoyed the steak frites, and the pork chop. Both meats were perfectly cooked.Soda bread was amazing, as well as the bread pudding dessert. It was an absolute pleasure to dine here. Be sure to call them to set a reservation, as they do reservation only. They fill up fast.

Warm welcoming atmosphere with responsive and personable hosts. The food is exquisite. I tried both the fisherman's pie and the steak frites. Both were phenomenal. Steak was the perfect texture, buttery smooth and cooked exactly to my preference. The chimichuri sauce was aromatic without being overpowering. The fisherman's pie is a heavy dish but is a must for potato and seafood lovers.Make sure you make a reservation!!!

Quaint small restaurant on the outside of town. The 2 brothers who own it are very involved in serving and come out and talk to you, making it feel even more personal. Food was amazing. I had the fisherman's pie which was like a seafood shepherd s pie and absolutely amazing. My husband had the steak fries rare, that melted in your mouth. For desert we had the chocolate tart. It's been my favorite meal of the weekend.

Far and away one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. I chose to come here for my birthday, and what a good decision that was! The menu is small with a focus on quality over quantity. Prices are surprisingly low considering what vastly inferior restaurants get away with charging. Service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is very cozy and nice. If you are anywhere near Cannon Beach, Corbin's is a must. Their soup offerings and fisherman's pie are incredible!

Enjoyable evening chatting with the brothers (who own and run the restaurant) and enjoying the food. We'd read about and enjoyed the bread. We shared the mushrooms on toast. My friend had the fisherman's pie which was very tasty and I had the steak frites with the aioli which was good. We split a pumpkin bread pudding with extra cream. Funky place. Almost every table was busy but the restaurant still felt calm.

Corbins is essentially a family run business, but one would never guess based upon the high quality of the food, ambiance, and service. They greeted us cordially, even though we were a bit early. The Bread was down right amazing, a honey grain something or other, just lovely (I bake a lot of bread so I know what I am talking about.) The salad and appetizer soup were top notch. He had the special which was an Irish Beef Stew with unrecognizably wonderful spices. I had a Fisherman's Chowder that had celery just perfectly cooked and dill and other spices that shown through. Oh my, wonderful. The wine was not ridiculously overpriced (so welcome in a touristy Cannon Beach town) and we just felt like we were in our own little Bistro being treated like royalty. I could not have asked for a nicer evening, anywhere. What a Surprise in Cannon Beach which has a lot of touristy pub like options.

Went to this restaurant on our way to Olympic national park…did not have a reservation but offered us an outside table…it was lovely! Waiter was the chef’s husband….food was excellent! Could not have been more pleased!
Excellent experience. The people who run and owned the restaurant made us feel welcome. The food was subtle, simple and tasted great. Perfect comfort food. My wife and I had a lovely evening. Definitely will make a reservation again when we plan on visiting Cannon Beach.

My wife and I had dinner here in late July 2021 and it was great. The wait staff is in credibly friendly and engaging. Out meals were tremendous. My wife has celiac, so we were happy that there were plenty gluten free options. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. A truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend having dinner here if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.

Corbins is amazing! These 3 brothers really knock it out of the park with high end gourmet dishes, with a ton of personableness and class. We were walk ins, but felt welcomed and wanted even tho they were packed! Just book a res so you can experience this VERY special restaurant!

Last night my wife and I had a lovely experience at Corbins. About two weeks prior I called to make reservations for our upcoming visit to Cannon Beach. We were glad we did. This is a small but quaint intimate restaurant owned by two brothers who began the restaurant in May, 2020. With takeout, they survived the first wave of Covid. I had a steak with frites. AMAZING! Our salad and loaf of bread were excellent too. Our server was a brother of the two owners. He was very attentive. 5 Stars! Dan and Ginger from Denver!
