Mediocre food. I paid $30 for a basic egg sausage and toast breakfast and a cup of drip coffee that no one offered to refill.
Ok service and healthy options.

The food is incredible, I am really hesitant when it comes to eating seafood so I got the fettuccine and added some blackened halibut, and it was just delicious, Erika provided it outstanding customer service. The hot chocolate was also good. Will definitely come back.

Good service. Food was eh just fine. Had breakfast here. Had the Biscuits and gravy and they were so hard like they were a week old.

This was a nice place to stop on a rainy morning. The staff was cordial and the food was excellent. We highly recommend the Denver Omlette and Eggs Benedict.

Eggs Benedict with crab meat was ok. Eggs poached perfectly but hollandaise lacking flavor. Hot cakes tasty and potatoes nicely prepared.

Very average restaurant. The halibut sandwich I had was a poor sacrifice of the fish’s life. Fries were good. Perfect restaurant for the traveling pensioner.

Great little spot for breakfast! We ordered the Denver omelettes and they were delicious. Not sure why the overall rating for this place is so low. We were greeted immediately and shown to our table. Breakfast was served quickly and piping hot. Definitely recommend.
Dietary restrictions: They accommodated our need for gluten free without issue.

Nice patio for outdoor eating. One of our party had the tuna and apple salad, it was canned tuna and less than delicious. Otherwise, pretty much as expected.

Food was great. Service was friendly. My husband was looking for fried oysters. He had tried one local restaurant, and was extremely disappointed. At Grill and Scoop he was pleasantly surprised.

Decent food....but WAY overpriced (plus don't forget Cannon Beach has a food tax too).
Poor service....waters came in about 20 minutes and ordered about 10 minutes after that.

Ate at this awesome place while visiting Cannon Beach. They were slammed with crowds but did their best to accommodate everyone. Our server was awesome! He was knowledgeable and kind. I had the soup du jour which was tomato basil soup. Garlic bread I ordered to go with it was tasty and texture was crispy and perfect. The soup was stellar- tasted homemade. My kid had a cheeseburger and fries and really enjoyed them. Had a marionberry crumble for dessert- yummy! Highly recommend !

The Local Grill and Scoop cafe is a neat little eatery. Located in Uptown Cannon Beach amidst all the shops, galleries, and brew pubs. The perfect spot to grab some lunch before hitting the other side of the street.
The House Club Sandwich, served hot, is big enough to share, and is very good.
And you have to try Jordan's Loaded Chowder Fries. Crispy fries topped with Clam Chowder, Cheddar Cheese, and Bacon Bits. Also, big enough for two.
Highly recommend trying...
