This place was wonderful! We had walked around to some other nearby restaurants that had a really long wait (50+ min) and stumbled upon this place. They got us right in and it was the best meal we had on our vacation! Crab Louie salad, burgers, Bloody Mary and even a margarita flight! Servers were all really nice, too!

Food was about what you would expect from a Denny's restaurant. Very poor quality food. The service however, was outstanding. Very friendly and attentive service. That food though... one star at best with the price of a high end steak house.

Incredibly disappointing. Very high prices for food that feels like it's competing with diner chains like Elmers (and losing). An order of fish and chips is just under 30 dollars. The biscuits are roughly the size of Girl Scout cookies and the sausage gravy was a thin broken sauce with a color and texture akin to dog vomit with a sprinkling of paprika on top as the only flavor in the slurry.

Oro’s Fireside in Cannon Beach is everything you want in a coastal dining experience: warm, cozy, and delicious. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the comforting glow of the fire and a rustic, welcoming atmosphere that feels both relaxed and elevated.
The food is exceptional. Whether it’s the Dungeness Crab Benedict at brunch or their rich, flavorful clam chowder, every dish is packed with fresh, local ingredients and beautifully prepared. You can tell there’s real care and craft behind everything that comes out of the kitchen.
The service is just as impressive, friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. On top of that, the owner often visits tables personally, which adds such a thoughtful and memorable touch to the experience.
If you’re in Cannon Beach, Oro’s should be at the top of your list. It’s the perfect place to wind down after a walk on the beach, celebrate a special occasion, or just treat yourself to a fantastic meal in a cozy setting.

Wonderful service, friendly staff and delicious food! I didn’t realize they were open occasionally for dinner, we got lucky right day/right time. Everyone working was so kind and friendly and the food was so great!

Expensive halibut sandwich had one really small piece of fish on it.
The very expensive crab cakes weren’t that good. Expensive, mediocre food.

Highly recommended. Dungenous crab benedict superb. Blackened salmon benedict excellent. The sauce and blend of flavors dance on the palet. The warm atmosphere & decor sets tbe cozy tone. The service impecable, warmth of spirit, and they take pride in their recipes, explained why each ingredient was used to carefully form each culinary masterpiece. We're here from Wisconsin and were treated like family. Try the bloody Marys, beautiful in presentation and well balanced in flavor.

Truly one of the worst meals I had in Cannon Beach. My husband liked his meal so giving it 2 stars. I ordered the 3 cheese omelette and added mushrooms. The mushrooms were undercooked and the hash browns completely soaked up all the grease and were so unbearably soggy and bland. No amount of salt, pepper, or hot sauce could save the hash brown.
Good food. The signage for hours was a little confusing, but we were greeted and seated without any issues.

Lovely staff, beautiful interior, and the most delicious crab cake Benedict. I love the little trinket boxes they put in the window tables for kids to play with!!
