My wife and I sat down, had a good chat with the "bartender", and had some good mini-cocktails! Bought a bottle of their coffee liquor to take home too. It's a fun place to stop by for a quick afternoon drink.
We visited in our girls trip from Kansas and Texas. Such a fun time! Drinks were great and John the bartender was awesome. So fun!!!
I love the product from this place - the Whiskey is the bomb. But go to Astoria if you want to try it. This place is never open. I stopped at 12:40, and as you can see from the photo, they should have been open, but...
John is fantastic. We always enjoy visiting with him when we are at Cannon Beach.

Excellent tasting room that should be a must-stop while in Cannon Beach, especially if you like gin. Pit bartender was Mike who was very friendly and made us some excellent cocktails. We enjoyed it enough to come back multiple times during our stay.
Keith at the Cannon Beach location makes excellent drinks! Highly recommended! ?

The Pilot House Distillery tasting room at Cannon Beach is a delight of atmosphere, finely crafted and creative distilled products. The cucumber infused vodka is one of my favorites. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
We had THE BEST experience visiting Pilot House Distilling, Keith has not only a great sense of humor but also very knowledgeable about the spirits he poured! Would highly recommend visiting and if Keith is pouring you’re sure to have a good time! ???
