Only candy shop in town OPEN on Easter Sunday!! There was a long line, but the two people working were doing a super job keeping it moving, while providing good service to each customer. I learned from the cashier it was only their second week on the job! Pretty AWESOME service- especially considering the unappreciative/ungrateful/entitled few in the crowd. It's not an easy job and I'm thankful these employees are willing to serve sometimes rude and impatient customers. CHOOSE KINDNESS- especially when you're on vacation- and you will further enjoy your delicious double scoop of moose tracks or caribou caramel in a waffle cone!!

Food and candy is great. As far as service, honestly bad. Employees don't even seem like they're trying to hurry things when there's a giant line. Been standing in this line for 10 minutes and hasn't moved an inch. I'm not even the only one that's noticed, a lot of others in line including my family are super annoyed. Watching how slow they go makes it worse. Pace needs to be a lot better.

The candy there is great and the ice cream is amazing! They really give you a bang for your buck! The employees were very sweet and very apologetic when they ran out of chocolate! 10/5 recommend!

I had a fantastic experience here during my beach visit with my son a couple months back. A beautiful woman with green hair was extremely helpful and friendly. My kid did not want to leave ? I would definitely come back here and it’s worth stopping by if you’re visiting Cannon Beach. If you’re the worker my ig is @dukethedisciple ?

It's such a cute little ice cream parlor full of all the sweet goodies you want. The sweet, sugary smells of ice cream, fudge, and candy hit you while you are still outside, tempting you! Once you're inside, the decision on what to have is difficult! A variety of different fudges for the chocolate lovers--a variety of ice cream flavors for the ice cream lover. You can't leave here disappointed! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They were chatty and welcoming and offered samples and suggestions. There were so many flavors of ice cream and all the taffy flavors you could ask for. The good news is there is a sugar-free option for those who are looking for it. The taffy was so good and possibly some of the best we've ever had! My daughter had a blast in the parlor and just had a ball looking around. The only negative we had was the no of flavored popcorn we bought. It was not fresh and seemed to have been made two days or the day before. It was stale, and we dumped it in the trash immediately. It was a bummer because that's what I wanted. If you're in the area, try them out!

Has a variety of treats available. Staff was friendly. We had ice cream. It was creamy and tasty. There are benches on the porch. Free parking on the street or in a nearby lot. Whole area can be busy on summer weekends.

Originally gave 5, this is the first time ive ever had to change a 5 to a 1. Used to go here all the time for candy (not taffy though the taffy is way better and made on spot at Bruce's. Bruce's taffy is a ferrari and this place is a pinto). I usually go for ice cream. They used to always do samples but dont no more, the lady working was very unfriendly so i will never be going back for anything.

Not the best candy place. Bruce's is down the street and much much better. The girl who was behind the counter and ringing us up definitely doesn't need to be working at a candy shop if you have as much personality as a door knob. She was NOT welcoming whatsoever and acted annoyed when we asked for chocolates behind the counter. The way the bulk candy is marketed is definitely a way to get you to spend more money than expect. Walked in there thinking I'd spend $15... walked out spending $40. Yes, I realize it was my fault for not double checking the (very small) sign with the price per lb but it definitely was a tactic to get people to spend more.

Service was poor. The teenage worker didn't give us very larger scoops, even though everyone else was getting massive cones. There's also a hidden charge for splitting your ice cream. So even though we were told we could split our single scoop, we were charged extra for this. This was the lowlight of our beach trip and we won't be visiting again.

Best candy at the coast. Basically in most coastal cities - Astoria, Canon Beach, Newport, etc.

It's a great place to get your salt water taffy fix or other treats.

Hard to imagine a more depressing ice cream buying experience. No samples, transaction fees for anything less than $5, flavorless ice cream. Go across the street to the market for a better experience

Nothing fancy here, but did have freshly popped corn, salt water taffy, Tillamook ice cream, chocolates, and an amazing assortment of old school candies. They had items I didn't think were made any more ie Zotz! It was fun to poke around just to see what they had.

Great place to stop by and get some sweets. When in Cannon Beach, stop by and check it out. Simple place to satisfy that sweet tooth.
