I bought a Meyer lemon-infused olive oil from here and I really like it- perfect for things like ricotta dip or finishing oil on a red lentil soup I like to make. The flavor is really fresh and vivid. Definitely recommend popping in and sampling some oils.

I know that I am a scatterbrain so take that into consideration. I honestly didn't look and read close enough and failed to see that you are not vendors of Oregon olive oil and vinegars. You are a reseller of product produced elsewhere. Your olive oil is not extra virgin (at least the bottle of Olive Oil Garlic Chili I bought isn't per the label). Who knows what is in Spanish olive oil!? The two vinegars I bought were produced in Italy. I have no problem with products from Italy or Spain but I kinda figgered that you sold products produced locally. My bad. I didn't look close enough. I just hope my septic tank can handle two bottles of vinegar and a bottle of whatever oil.

The wife has a family house in Cannon Beach, every time we go down there, this place is a must go. The mushroom garlic, habanero, rosemary, white truffle, & really all of the oils are so delicious. The vinegars are also AMAZING, use them for cooking, just to have with bread, or for shrubs. The flavor will blow you away.

The olive oils and balsamics from the Oil & Vinegar Bar are the absolute best. Every product I have tried keeps me coming back for more. I especially enjoy the Tuscan Herb olive oil, the garlic infused olive oil and the chili/garlic olive oil. Also the cucumber/melon balsamic is a nice light balsamic, great for summer dishes. We have several of the balsamics and they are all great. If you are ever in Cannon Beach, OR, stop by their store, the staff there is great.
Great and unique options here, plus friendly service! Only small suggestion would be to have bread to sample the olive oil and vinegar with.

My son lives in Beaverton Or n he is constantly having it shipped to me i went as far as to call this place n they were so kind they let me order n pay by check. This place is absolutely amazing.
