K-Bar Steak House

Another great time. We like to go to the K-Bar for special occasions (i.e. anniversary). Got the table by the window that we asked for in the reservation. My wife had a perfectly cooked filet mignon and I had a perfect new york strip. Before we left the server asked if we would like a cream Brulé courtesy of the K-Bar as an anniversary gift. Heck yes! Their cream Brule is always fantastic. We know we can't go wrong eating at the K-Bar.

Best steak I have ate for a long time, that I did not cook myself. Ribeye was delicious, meticulously cook to perfection at medium rare.

We've eaten here 2 times and always enjoyed the food and experience. The martini's (dirty) are so smooth they are dangerous!

We had a petite filet with the blue cheese crust and it was delicious. My husband had the elk and it was delightful. The food never disappoints.

My experience was excellent! My Server, Bobby was amazing and the food was delicious. I always look forward to eating at K-Bar on my drive from California to Portland. It never disappoints. I look forward to my next trip.

We had such a great experience the time before, we were so excited to go a second time for my birthday and it wasn't nearly the same. Seemed understaffed left without water for long period of time, appetizers came out then after about 35-40 minutes of not seeing anyone our food came out before our salads so we didn't get them at all. Then it was my birthday celebration and we were dropped a bill without a chance for us to even order dessert. I understand people are busy it just wasn't the same as the last dinner. Not sure what was going on, or if it was even the servers fault. We were just disappointed. 4 of us ordered the ribeye steak which was great except all of the vegetables on 4 plates were cold. Someone could have made it a great experience for our family and nobody did.

Southern Oregon isn't exactly a culinary Mecca, that being said, was pleasantly surprised with K-Bar. Staff were very courteous and establishment was clean and appealing to the eye. I had the Elk and my wife had the Filet. Both were cooked to perfection. Sides were very good as well. The entire experience was very nice. Will make sure to go again, only this time save room for dessert as those selections were impressive as well.

Food was good, lobster tail was ok, not best I have ever had at K-Bar but okay, Service was great as always. Staff are great people.

This was our 4th time eating here. Everything we have ordered has been fantastic. Highly recommend

It was great! Everyone is very pleasant and friendly!! We go there every time we go to the casino!! Highly recommend if you have never been there!!

My one negative would be the removal of 14 hands from their wine selection. The Oregon wines they are using are not as good in my opinion. I would really like to see them bring back the cab from 14 hands or to use the Kirkland Cab. Both are outstanding and are far superior in my opinion. Service is always outstanding and the quality of their steaks is excellent!! The noise level is good as you can carry on a conversation without having to yell, like you have to in a lot of places.

Enjoyable Fathersday dinner. Would recommend to everyone. Had 3 different types of steak and all were tender and delicious.

The two greatest things about our dinner were the New York steaks we had, and the amazing service we had. The younger gentleman (blond hair) was absolutely fantastic. He made us feel incredible and truly valued. He cared so much. He also anticipated every need we had. The newly remodeled restaurant was also beautiful. My steak was one of the best I've ever had.

Wendy was our server in the bar. She was excellent. She advised on how to order my filet to be cooked. It was great. My husband complimented her on her bartending regarding his order of an Old Fashion cocktail. Very personable and recommended a great dessert. We sat at one of the high top tables in the bar as we didn’t have reservations. It was a great meal. We want to commend Wendy on her great service.

Our dinner was very good. Jose was a wonderful server. We can't wait for the chicken to be added to the menu to give more choices. Also can't wait for the halibut to return.
