Rose specialized our meal to not be too spicy for my husband. While we were waiting for our delicious food to be cooked, several people stopped in and just said, I want my "usual" and she knew exactly what they wanted. When you get locals coming again & again, you know you have chosen well. We would definitely recommend finding this Filipino Food Truck, just one street over from Main and across from The Post Office.
The lady who runs this food truck is extremely friendly and an amazing cook! My go to meal is the pan fried noodles with the teriakyi chicken and mild Mongolian beef (she cooks the vegetables that accompany it deliciously). If you don't like one of those, the Korean BBQ chicken is an amazing substitute. I also love the vegetable soup and pork on a stick! So if you're thinking of trying, very worth it :). I got the Mongolian beef with noodles and spring rolls. The spice level was perfect, everything from fresh, the beef was delicious, and the spring rolls were so crunchy and HUGE.
