We patronized this restaurant There were several people in line. It took us about 45 minutes to get our food. There was only one person working in the entire restaurant. The employee had only been working a short time and ran our gift card and said that there was no money on it. when we know there was. So we ended up having to pay out of pocket. He probably didn't know how to run q gift card. And, there was no toilet paper in the whole restaurant and another customer went to the market and bought some, and went into the restroom and filled it up! I was NOT the employee's fault! If I were that employee I would have QUIT right then! That employee deserves Kudos. Is that Subway's policy to have one employee run the whole restaurant? We've been trying the last few days to phone the restaurant and after 2 rings the phone hangs up! No wonder restaurants are closing! What an awful experience!

The employee was friendly and worked quickly, but the bread was pretty hard even though it wasn't toasted. The sandwiches were skimpy as far as the veggies sauces etc were concerned. They were okay, but definitely not worth the $10 per sandwich price tag. Out of employee's hands, but the toaster was down so that meant no toasted bread, hot sandwiches, cookies, or pretzels. I guess I got spoiled by having Jersey Mike's when I lived in California. They were always WAY better than subway. All in all a pretty disappointing $39.89 (after coupon) spent on just 4 sandwiches for dinner for 4 people.

The Subway in Myrtle Creek was closed for some reason on 2/3 so I drove to the subway in Canyonville and the young lady that was working there (alone) by the way was an exceptionally good worker, she handled things like a professional. I am so proud of her and the care that she took for her customers was amazing. I'm just sorry that I did not get her name but she was awesome, thank you for your service. I was there on2/3 between 2 and 3pm if this helps to identify her, again she was awesome thank you.

Subway is one of my favorite sandwich places. I haven't really met another sandwich place that hasn't met its match, let alone the fact that Subway keeps coming app with new ideas all the time, and not looking back. The staff are more than friendly and made our sandwiches just right afterwards. Dining in was fine, great. The bathrooms were clean and the tables were clean, It's a small dinky town right next to a CASINO, but when you stop in for gas. And a quick bite to eat. It's not too bad.

Dietary restrictions: They're gonna make the sandwich however you ask them to make it. Just make sure you pay attention when they ask you...

Parking: The parking lot is tied in with the little shops, but again, 6 those of you that are just stopping in for quick bite to eat. There's plenty of places to pull over alongside the road in front of Rays, Subway, and the Laundromat. Especially if you can't find a parking spot in. That yeah oh and there's more parking on the side of the Laundromat.

Kid-friendliness: They accept kids, as long as your kids are behaving and not running around and causing a muck. Don't be afraid to restrain your kids from acting a fool. We all know parenting 101 can be a handful...

Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchairs as long as their standard size can get through the doors on the left. The one on the right not so much. I think that I might be hitting clipping something as well. They have a couple of tables that are handed up accessible with chairs and booth attachments, so you can use it on one side of the chair. Or you can sit on the booth side and still have your handicap friend pull in from the side...
