Grew up around here. One of the Best sausage makers in Oregon, if not the Best. You even use to be able to bring killed game for them to process, unsure if they still do. They also run a restaurant and store along the highway in CJ
Excellent selection of fresh meats, and delicious homemade sausage.
I like the jerky
Great people friendly, nice family atmosphere
Food is excellent. Their sausages are made in-house and can't be beat. Service was lacking and the atmosphere is okay, but nothing to write home about. Even with the less than great service we will go back again - the food is that good.
Great food. A huge menu to choose from. Meat market is there. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. Cave junction is a cute place. Great stop to the beach
Absolutely awful mold everywhere in the spice room and in production rooms as well as serious electrical issues were employees use water and clean rooms with hoses
Awful place to work lots of mold they are extremely cheap and treat employees extremely rude
Awful just awful shorted me on my checks
Awful business with food contamination

Best hot dogs in the state
Best butcher & meats around!
The product here is usually fresh however it not always the best such as the ham I had purchased had gone bad. However a large variety of there product is indeed still very good. I had spoken to a few ex employees about the company, they had responded saying that the management wasn't very good when it came to cleanliness or repair. They also responded saying that the company had shorted checks on a regular basis. Over all the food was good other than some of the ham products I have purchased.
Taylor's is always a good experience! Great food, and great service!
