I have not eaten at a lot of food Trucks but I stopped at this one and glad I did. I have been back 3 times and every time ordered something new and all have been great .this one is on Table Rock Rd not to far from Costco. The folks running it are very friendly and service is fast.
This place was such an unexpected surprise! The area under the tent is so comfy, they had so many yummy food options and they gave me a bowl of beef soup while I waited! The chairs are comfy, they brought the food to the table for me, and I only had to wait like 5 minutes. Do yourself a favor and try this place out!
Parking: Not much parking at the actual space, but plenty of parking in lots across the street if you're OK with a brief walk.

The mulitas were fantastic with an amazing smokey spicy salsa, the portions were generous and the kind owner/wife gave complimentary soup while we waited.
We also tried their fruit bowl which was huge and filled with fresh, sweet, ripe kiwi, melon, bananas, blueberries topped with whipped cream and granola.
So glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem!
