We placed an order at this Burger King and we're rudely treated. And we had to wait almost an hour for our food. When we asked for a refund the employee told us he could not do that. When we finally got our food it was cold. We weren't the only ones in the store waiting for this long of amount of time. I usually try to look at a restaurant as they all make a mistake sometimes. But I have never been treated so badly as I was at this restaurant.
The level of incompetence at this location is appalling.

My morning routine today turned interesting pretty fast. Anyone that prefers their bacon extra crispy naturally states “extra crispy ” when eating out. The cook came to my car today and brought a piece of bacon to break in front of me. He informed me that he only serves well cooked bacon. Well, not necessarily true sir. I get to work and about 30 minutes later reached into my bag to get a hash brown only to find I didn’t receive them with my order. I tried calling several times and was unable to speak with someone. I decided to drive the 10 miles back. No apology and no fresh hash browns. That was disappointing. The lady I see usually, she’s great! Today was definitely her day off.

So I don't expect a lot from any fast food chain, but this was absolutely the worst food experience I've had in a long time. Ordered the Wopper Junior duo. Large onion rings and frozen pink lemonade. On this franchise; I'm not sure how you take what are arguably the best onion rings in the fast food world, and turn them into the charcoal bricketts you served us today, but somehow you managed to do it. I wouldn't feed these to my dog. Frozen Pink Lemonade turned out to be Cherry. On Burger King Corporate; The Wopper Jr. has become a complete joke. By far, the smallest and dryest burger in the game at this point. It will be a long time before I return to this, and likely ANY Burger King. Poor, Poor, Poor. If I could give 0.1 star, it would be too high a mark.

My issue with BK breakfast is that their iced coffee is too sweet. I told the manager that and she offered to fix that in few different ways. She even gave me a small cup of just iced coffee on the side in case I didn’t like it. Best service at a fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen.

Ordered 2 Rodeo cheeseburgers, guess what, no cheese! Avoid this location it's the worst. Expect to wait awhile even if you're the only one there.

Only customer in there,no drive though line ordered whopper with cheese what I got was dried out paddy's with no cheese. Guess the job is just that hard.
Well, it was ok, but I ordered a regular bacon king, and there was some kind of spicy sauce on it. Not what I was wanting, so I'm not sure if they mixed up or messed up my order, but they should probably pay better attention. If I had been sensitive to spice, it would have been more of an issue.
