young girl who was at the window was very rude, getting impatient when she handed me my money and i was placing it in my wallet, proceeded to slam the window after i grabbed it and when she opened it again i told her she could be a lot nicer and she proceeded to slam the window in my face again don’t go here if you want to be treated like that. will not being going back

Spent the weekend in Oregon playing softball. After a very long hot day I decided to take my kids and mom out for a treat. We ordered $20 in ice cream. When it was delivered to our table my mom’s medium hot fudge Sunday was lacking hot fudge. She went to the counter and was told there is nothing they could do. My mom’s medium hot said she would be willing to just take a little in the side but the MANAGER AUSTIN refused. I thought DQ was all about creating an experience and a smile. My mom’s medium hot has her leaving pissed her treat was nothing like it should if been. Hey, store manager I think you should send AUSTIN out for some situational leadership and customer service he wouldn’t even come show his face. He told the counter we can call Monday from 11-4 to complain.
You can do better DQ…. It was one pump of fudge.

I'm done with this place and Dairy Queen in general has really taken a shit on their reputation lately. Ridiculous wait times. Can't get what you pay for. Especially at night. Austin is the worst manager I've ever encountered. I once pulled in 25 minutes before close to be told it would be a 20 minute wait time. For a chicken strip basket. I worked at Dairy Queen as an assistant manager when I was younger. I know the cook times. Austin has no interest in serving the customer and has the worst attitude. All of this culture of not giving a shit has to come down from the real manager though and I have to wonder if they haven't completely given up on caring. Either way, I will go out of my way, not to have to go to this Dairy Queen.

Went through the drive-thru today at lunch and ordered a Smores Blizzard. As I was eating it, I bit down on something that was definitely not ice cream or chocolate. It was a piece of plastic that appeared to have been part of their machine. I guess it's a sign that I shouldn't eat here again.

The service was super fast and friendly, the inside was clean. They were able to handle a special request easily and by the time I was done ordering my food was already ready. They just don't have sweet tea here if you're looking for that. Pepsi products. Some of the local kids were being hooligans and the staff handled it professionally.

The lady working the drive thru should have a different job… she was so unprofessional it was ridiculous. Take out is not cheap anymore atleast have a friendly person at your take out window.

So annoyed! I went through the drive through. Ordered a chicken strip basket, no beverage, but add a small blizzard. They charged me the chicken strip basket with beverage and took 50 cents off the blizzard!!! I explained it was more money than just the basket no bev and blizzard. They looked at me like I was nuts. Said they can't change it because it's already in the system! Only $2.10 more but really ticked me off!! I won't go back until they learn math!

Absolute horrible business practice. Made an order for pickup. Went shortly after pickup time to get my order and they didn’t know anything about my order. Checked to make sure location was correct and showed them my order number etc etc and they basically say nothing they can do. Can’t even cancel the order because it says in progress. Won’t make my order won’t honor that I paid for it. Waste of time

We drove 45 minutes to the closest DQ craving a late night snack. Store closes at 1030, according to Google, but they chose to close early. Huge disappointment. People were still inside cleaning up. Not cool at all DQ.

Have always liked going to the central point Dairy Queen. Today was different the person taking orders in the drive thru was so rude. I also work with the public and her customer service skills are terrible. In today’s world when it costs so much to eat out it so sad when service is so rude.

Original review--Location is great and the staff are kind. But when going through the drive thru you are NEVER told what your total is for your order until you pull up to the window and never given a receipt.

Kiddo loves dairy queen so we went this morning and ordered some burgers. Was actually told our total at the drive thru before going to the window and was given a reciept. Cody was kind and Got our order great. Review changed to reflect 5 stars. Will continue to frequent this establishment. I hope the service continues with total given at the drive thru and receipts as well ?
