Extremely disrespectful. We orederd two large chocolate dipped cones and they gave us the smallest cones ever, after I asked them if this a large they said yes and closed the window on me when I was talking. From the starting of the transaction to the ending they were extremely passive agrressive. Correcting every little thing I said.

we often get lunch at the location in Central Point, we order chicken strip baskets. they are dry, chicken is tough, fries are old and soft. Sunday I had to wait 15 minutes with family for the same disappointment, it should have been fresh, it was not! will not be returning.

Asked for a new blizzard after taking one bite and it was just vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup in it. (Was supposed to be cookie dough) and the cashier made me so uncomfortable for asking for a new one then finally agreed, suddenly a manager comes out and says he’ll remake it but it’ll be exactly the same so there was no point. The whole experience from start to finish was so uncomfortable. I guess the $4 something was more important than for us to come back so we won’t visit here weekly anymore.

I came through the drive through and ordered two double cheeseburgers and fries. The burgers had way too much mustard it overpowered everything a made the bun all soggy and the fries were cold an hard. I called in a they were willing to replace my order if I brought in my reciept so I grabbed it ann headed down there and they were closed a half hour earlier than the business hours posted online. I tried to get the employees attention through the door to let them know about the hours but they just ignored me.

We had 3 chicken strip baskets in our order, among other things. We had to pull up and wait for our food. When they brought it out I asked that the dipping sauces were in there and they said yes, but there was none. Out of six different sauces ordered none. The chicken steps were small the fries were soggy the toast was just squished bread and no dipping sauce juat made it ugh. There was one car in front of me and an empty parking lot so busy was not a factor.
