Usually we don't have any issue with our good but the last couple of times we have went our pizza crust was paper thin even with the toppings and sometimes missing one of the toppings!! Other than the things I stated above we love this Dominos that just recently opened here in Central Point

Pizza for dinner on New Year's '24. It blew me away. I am not one to put reviews unless it's really good or it's really bad. This pizza was the best pizza I have ever had to date! 2 large pizzas- one pepperoni and sausage, and one chicken and mushroom with the white garlic sauce. Omg! The only way I can describe the tomato sauce in the pepperoni and sausage was VIBRANT and the other was SUCCULENT. the taste is still ringing on my tongue an hour later. Very good job

I ordered an extravaganza for pick up. Picked it up and went home 3 miles away. The pizza was cold. All the toppings were off to the side. Call asked for replacement to be delivered. Never got delivered. Went down to return the pizza and asked for a refund. Ask for a customer service phone number to call to complain, told me to look it up on the web! Will not order from these guys again!!!

Unbelievably bad service and horrible pizzas. Dominoes makes a decent pizza but this location is exceptionally awful. I ordered 2 pizzas, one was the wrong pizza, the other one had almost no sauce and the dipping cup was exploded. I called the store and they agreed to credit my account for their mistake. The next week I tried to order the pizza they said they credited to my account but I was informed that they had no record of the credit. I called at approx. 4pm 10/17/23 and the guy I talked to refused to give me a corporate number and refused to put me in contact with a manager. He was also very rude and acted as if I was causing a problem just because they screwed up my order and I was trying to redeem a credit they had given. There are so many great pizza places in central point, don't waste your time at this location!!!!
the worst oven baked sandwich I’ve ever had. Two slices of jalapeños. No chicken. The cheese was melted and stuck to the cardboard. Waste of money.

7:00pm sep 25th.I paid for a pizza over the phone. So I thought.Sent a friend to pick it up for us. When he arrived he was then told the card was declined.He was just expecting to pick up a pizza and leave.The manager then said to him well I thought you would pay for it here.What’s makes you think that when we wanted to pay over the phone.So basically, she assumed the same person that made the order was picking the pizza up.First mistake in my opinion.When my friend was questioning her she had the nerve to say the phone call ended.Then why did you tell me it would be ready in 15 minuets and hangup if you had more to say? LIKE HEY SIR THE CARD GOT DECLINEDI FIGURED ID LET YOU KNOW BEFORE YOU WAIST YOUR TIME AND GAS. Maybe you want to try another card she didn’t say nothing.Long story short my friend didn’t even get an apology or anything.He didn’t have his wallet since he was expecting to just walk out of there.That lady needs to be put on bathroom and dish duty after this one.No respect for people when you’re a manager has to be the worst costumer service iv heard of.All my friend wanted to know is why she didn’t call back “if the call ended”And all he was told was your being very argumentative and I would like you to leave.?? ?She knew she was wrong.Long story short!Papa johns was really good tonight.
