Refused to give my little child a birthday drink because they didn’t have the app. She’s 10. Doesn’t have a phone. Then complained about making our drinks and had a snobby attitude. Definitely not a Dutch bros attitude! I will further avoid this stand and will continue to go to my grants pass stands.

Have you ever thought hey there is only one car in line I have time to grab a coffee before work! If that is you think again when going to this Dutch Bros! They will make you wait as if you were in line behind 5 cars, this place lets you have the full experience of getting coffee during rush hour even when it isn't. The coffee is also not good as the people spend more time talking over their loud music than ensuring they provide a good product. If you want coffee that is slightly okay go up the street to Human Bean, they only have one side drive thru and are faster than this Dutch Bros.

Drive thru is always consistent employee friendly no matter what location. Drive threw is clean . Drinks could be warmer at times. This is my preference here needs stronger coffee taste, and that's personal taste Usually I get Dbl shot short with a dollop whip.. or dbl shot mocha.

I went to Dutch bros. Because I will no longer by from a woke company like Starbucks. My mother was good but I dont do milk or cream . I like the espresso and the coffee ☕ I hope they make it that way.

This is just chocolate milk with a splash of coffee and flavor. They don't honor old stamp cards any longer. Just expensive chocolate milk. Anywhere else is better.

I want to give a shout out to Angelina for doing an excellent job assisting me with my order. I ordered a double torture and she asked me if I wanted to add caramel and soft top. I was like "well heck you are the first person at all locations that asked me if I wanted that" I've never had it and she assured me that I will love the combination. She was correct. She did a great job upselling. Made it seem like it was my idea. She was fun to talk to and made the experience a fun one. I will be going to this location from now on. It is even out of my way going to work in the morning. Thank you Angelina for the great experience and can't wait to go through again and get you as the person helping out.
