They are super affordable, delicious food, and good service. This is my favorite Mexican food truck by far. I love the Asada meat.

The seating area was set up nicely. (Two nice wooden picnic tables under a decent tent with open entrances and a roll-up window. The area was clean and shaded, with cute flowers on the tables.) The woman who took my order was polite and friendly - and thanks for having her long hair pulled back nice and tidy. Parking was available. Menu options were fine. There was no line, although there were people waiting and more who came after us (indicating they do have a regular customers). The time to wait for food was fine, probably 10 minutes.
I ordered their white board special - a burrito bowl, in a crispy shell, ($11), plus a quesadilla for my grandson ($10).
I took off a star because…. The beans were super thin, more like soup. They had decent flavor but too much water and/or oil. (I know thinner is more authentic, but this was beyond that.) The red rice was super bland and IMO would have been better if it were just plain white rice. My bowl tasted fine, but was mostly filled with the thin beans and rice, (makes it pretty soupy), a small amount of little chicken pieces, plus some greens and tomatoes with a sprinkle of cotija on top. I did appreciate the sliced radishes and lime on the side, they added a fresh touch. For my grandson, I told her I was with a picky child and asked for a plain quesadilla and a side of beans, but what I was sold was an adult quesadilla plate for $10. He didn’t like their beans, and he never eats rice or salad, so we basically paid $10 for a tortilla with cheese.
I’m still leaving 4 stars because there was nothing really wrong with the food (it wasn’t burnt or raw, it didn’t taste bad), and the set up and service were nice - but how they prepared the food was not to our liking.

I came to buy tripe tacos twice in particular and they were poorly sewn, they looked like dirt when you chewed the tripe and after several months I returned to buy again the food was bad again the pastor was poorly sewn I no longer liked the experience and I won't buy here again
Absolute best burritos of any food truck or restaurant we've found in Southern Oregon. Filled with exceptional meat and a lesser amount of rice and beans as meat is the main ingredient. Owners really nice.
This dude has the most tender carne asada meat in town. His street tacos are the best. I've had his carne asada nachos and they are fire!
