I got the pot pie and the tenders. Both were excellent. Friendly staff.

We had to wait a few minutes to order even though we were at the head of the line. The person let us know they would be with us soon and was friendly taking our order. Half the tables needed cleaning from previous customers but otherwise lunch was good. The staff was friendly and thanked everyone for coming in. We visited around 2:30pm.

Slow, understaffed, people walking out , lack of service..is ths fast food ? Store not cooked up...no inventory in holding area..poor at best

Bought two combos, and when we got home both of them were missing pieces of what we paid for. One box had half a biscuit with fried chicken and no side, the other box had four of the smallest chicken tenders known to mankind and a mouthful of mac and cheese, no biscuit. The combos are already overpriced, not even getting what we paid for makes it worse. Not going back to this one.

My order from DoorDash was completely incomplete. Very bad service, I don't recommend It. I can't believe you're paying for a service and they don't give a damn about your order.
Chicken is way to salty. I couldnt eat it. I took my food to go. When i got to my destination, i discovered they did not give me any napkins or the dipping sauce i requested.

Stopped by KFC and it was honestly disappointing. The cashier clearly seemed inexperienced and was struggling to keep up, but instead of helping, the rest of the crew just stood around cracking jokes. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for my order while the drive-thru customers got their food right away. On top of that, I watched management on their phone with gloves on, then go straight to handling food without changing them. That’s just not professional. Management really needs to step up and set a better example for their team.

I’m not sure what the hold time for their chicken is, but I am 100% sure they served me chicken that should have been tossed. 8pc nuggets, soggy outside and tough and chewy. Mikes hot honey sandwich, tough and chewy. Fries gross as well. I showed up at 2:30 pm on a Sunday. I get trying to keep food costs down, but if you want people to return in the first place, serve fresher food manage your food prep better. I would have much rather been told “ the chicken I have available is not edible, would you mind while I make some fresh?”
So absolutely disgusting. The bathroom had its toilet paper sitting on the handbar with blood all over it. Couldn't even eat my food. First bite instantly made me sick.

Michael helped us at the window and he was up-beat, positive, and happy to engage in conversation. Excellent customer service. The food was pretty much the same as you would get an any ole' KFC, but the service was exceptional. Note...hubby and I were stationed next door at the Holiday Inn, but we never would have known the place was there without driving right next to it to get to our hotel. The freeway sign is defunct (not lit) and you can't tell KFC is even there. Management should definitely fix that to draw in more people to the location.

Order in the drive through. Got the wrong size drinks. Then was asked to pull around. Food came out wrong order. No sporks or napkins, took it back in there was no receipt so they wouldn't remake what I ordered originally. Out the food down and walked out. It's really not a hard job.
