We had to wait a few minutes to order even though we were at the head of the line. The person let us know they would be with us soon and was friendly taking our order. Half the tables needed cleaning from previous customers but otherwise lunch was good. The staff was friendly and thanked everyone for coming in. We visited around 2:30pm.

Michael helped us at the window and he was up-beat, positive, and happy to engage in conversation. Excellent customer service. The food was pretty much the same as you would get an any ole' KFC, but the service was exceptional. Note...hubby and I were stationed next door at the Holiday Inn, but we never would have known the place was there without driving right next to it to get to our hotel. The freeway sign is defunct (not lit) and you can't tell KFC is even there....

Ordered the 10 piece chicken feast and when I got home I discovered that I didn't receive any butter or honey for the biscuits. That wasn't something I couldn't live without but when I checked the bag they also didn't put the lemonade drink in the bag either.This is the 2nd time this has happened. I guess from now on I'll drive around to the parking lot to make sure I received my complete order. This is getting to be a habit with the Center Point location.I...
