At first was quality time but after today .when u are only car and they do call in instead of customer ther was unreal. Im a regular as well.i sat there almost 15min when i looked up cars were clear to the road.my order was small to top it off as well as i always leave tip.

I went to order chicken teriyaki from a restaurant that I normally get it from, but decided not to because it was about $10 in fees (Door Dash) decided to give Kona a shot and OMG, delicious. From now on when I get chicken teriyaki, it's going to be from here. Delicious.

The whole hon thing being repeated was annoying, but the food was amazing!!
The food is delicious here however, I have experienced twice now my sauce gets forgotten in my bento. To me, the best part of the bento is the sauce so it ruins the meal and is very frustrating. I have even ordered extra sauce before, paid for it, and opened the bag to find none. I have had to eat my bento dry and it's not usually a big deal but for how much it costs I feel it shouldn't be forgotten. I had an experience at a work meeting where the sauce in all the orders was missing AND an entire bento was missing. We only had five orders. Overall, if things weren't forgotten I would love eating here but I am tired of my order being wrong.

I have been wanting to try this place since I love hawaiian food and have visited a few others in the area. I waited in line behind one car for about 5 minutes only to be told by an employee walking past me that she was going to take the orders of the cars behind me and they would get my order when I got to the window. Pulled up to the window and was ignored for another few minutes. An employee even made eye contact with me and said nothing. Two cars went thru the line on the other side as I still waited to be acknowledged and have my order taken. At this point, I saw the employee who walked by me to take everyone orders behind me, walk inside, and start getting their orders started. I decided to leave and give my money to another business who deserved it. If such little care is taken to make customers feel welcome, what other things are being neglected at your restaurant?
