I have been wanting to try this place since I love hawaiian food and have visited a few others in the area. I waited in line behind one car for about 5 minutes only to be told by an employee walking past me that she was going to take the orders of the cars behind me and they would get my order when I got to the window. Pulled up to the window and was ignored for another few minutes. An employee even made eye contact with me and said nothing. Two cars went thru the line on the other side as I still waited to be acknowledged and have my order taken. At this point, I saw the employee who walked by me to take everyone orders behind me, walk inside, and start getting their orders started. I decided to leave and give my money to another business who deserved it. If such little care is taken to make customers feel welcome, what other things are being neglected at your restaurant?

Was pleasantly surprised at the serving size and the flavor! Chicken teriyaki bento was so good, but the Mac salad was my fave. ? would definitely go back and highly recommend checking it out!

I never do reviews unless it was a really good or really bad experience.
Today was hands down some of the best chicken I have ever had! I’m a 32 year old with autism and because of that I’m very selective. I have ARFID. I don’t eat many new foods. Today I had the chicken, rice, and Mac with my apartment complex, WOW! Hands down one of the best places to eat in Medford!
My fiance was saying how great they were also. And as I walked around to have small talk to my neighbors, they all kept bringing up how good the food is! Very impressed.
It was big deal for me to try new food, I usually take a bite and that’s it. I ate the rice, chicken and Mac until I couldn’t! That’s unheard of! Not one is one of my safe foods!
I made sure to contact my other neighbors that didn’t show up for the apartment party, and told them to come get some! ?
Got yourself new customer! I also heard there will be a new place of there’s opening soon?! Would love that!!

I ordered three sets of island chicken tacos. 1 for my wife, 1 for myself and 1 as a gift to my great aunt.
They were fantastic. You would spend the same amount for a McDonald’s meal and get the quality of a dine-in. The single set I ate was enough to fill me up and I am tall with a “dad bod”. Food 5/5
The employees were very friendly and did not bother me while I waited. This was a huge plus for me as I was exhausted and wanted to be left alone. The owner had a very bright and cheerful smile. The whole process was fast and easy. Service 5/5
It is extremely hard to make a perfect drive-thru. The only reason the atmosphere is 4/5 is because there is no atmosphere with a drive-thru only. The easily accessible drive way made pulling in and then pulling out very efficient. Atmosphere 4/5

Just had the beef Island tacos and it was absolutely bussin! 10/10 would eat again.
Absolutely delicious Hawaiian food! Easy drive through ordering. We ordered the pork and chicken bento. Large portions! It'll come with white or brown rice, mac salad, and teriyaki sauce on the side. I added grilled veggies and a side of the pineapple mango pico. It was heavnly! The fruit tart was very yummy as well.
Honestly was a bit disappointed coming here. Was on a road trip and wanted to stop in because it looked amazing with the reviews seen and read. It’s a cute drive up place so it was definitely a plus.
I ordered the spam musubi, chicken tacos, carnitas rice bento, and teriyaki beef bento
Chicken tacos was a definite 10/10 Carnitas bento box was a 8/10 for my husband However the spam musubi tasted a bit burnt but not bad 6/10 Beef teriyaki bento box was a definite let down for me. Especially when I opened it to see just rice with beef. I was expecting vegetables like I’d seen in the photos. It was a bit overcooked too for what I expected to be a medium rare. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing I’m unsure.
Overall wouldn’t mind coming here to give it another try. Was really disappointed in our first time coming with some dishes.
