I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! By far the best Mexican food truck in southern Oregon and possibly the entire state! Fast, affordable, and EXTREMELY high quality.

Many birria options-tacos, burritos, tortas, nachos,etc. Tastes like they have an abuela in the truck. Very reasonably priced for the portion size and quality ingredients. Consomme has so much flavor you'll want to pour it on everything. The meat is tender and delicious. The tacos are well seasoned and have the perfect amount of crunch. The torta is big enough for a truck driver with a good appetite. Unlike many tortas the bread didn't get soggy and had a slight crunch. Highly recommend.
