This place is a gem. it's a perfect example of all the things that make Central Point great...people who care about others and it's reflected in the product and work. I am so grateful we have this little shop in our town. And I'm happy to see they are growing their offerings cause the catering is fantastic! Count me a regular.

This place looks tiny but they pump out the awesome food. Also very very nice owner and staff. They’re the best. Best sourdough, best deserts and great breakfasts too.
Best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had in my life is just one reason to go to Lou’s Loafs. The staff are so friendly and normal and the pastries are to die for. Pick anything here to eat, it’s going to be amazing, I promise you 🩷

Unbelievable hidden gem in Central Point!
Everything I've tried here has been excellent. The rotating menu is a huge plus, and I'm a sucker for the fruit tarts!
The staff are so kind. You can tell they really take pride in their work and want to do good in the community. The first time I went in, they even greeted some patrons by name. That's just good service there!
If I could, I'd go here every morning!

Wow! What an amazing bakery! Lou and her staff are so friendly and the food is absolutely delicious! We had biscuits and gravy, the loaded avocado toast, and cinnamon coffee cake, and of course sourdough bread! Everything was top notch!! And Lou was so kind to throw in a surprise in our bag that we didn’t see until we got home. Thank you!! 😊 Make a stop at this bakery, you won’t regret it!

I got just a side of scrambled eggs the first time, second time a breakfast burrito(no bacon, instead sourcream - vegetarian). One of the best breakfast burritos I've had in a long time.
Although I am a tater tot lover in my burritos, the regular potatos are still very good. 5/5.
Very nice lady as well, would absolutely recommend this place. The bread looks amazing, I have heard its great from a few people.

Great folks. Great atmosphere. Great food. Nothing but great things to say after my first experience at Lou’s. This will be a staple for my family going forward.
This was my first Lou’s experience. I love supporting businesses where the owner is present. I think it speaks volumes about character and commitment. Lou and staff exceeded all expectations. I left with a fresh loaf of Sour Dough, an incredible Cuban sandwich and an SD start of my own. Friendly people that put goodness in to the world. I will definitely be back.
