Seriously delicious taco and burrito trailer. I like it more than the other Mexican places nearby. They have outdoor seating, but there are flies

Fresh made tortillas, about what I’d expect for street tacos, not bad at all.

We stopped here while looking for something at the gas station and got a couple of burritos and a quesadilla for our kiddos. It was all very tasty and they made it pretty quick. The gentleman taking orders was also very friendly.

So delicious! Excellent barria tacos!!! And the barria burrito is amazing!! They also have some kind of avocado hot sauce that came with it. That is to die for!!! I am a tough critic and this place is a 10 for sure!!

I'm sure glad this isn't near my house! I can't even with these tacos. They're stuffed to perfection, a truly mouth watering experience. Chef's kiss!

We were coming from California to Coos Bay and stopped by Medford to get gas at the Chevron next to it I barely noticed the food truck, but we ordered food without expecting anything good, just to cover breakfast. To my surprise, I ordered a pastor's sincronizada because I found it strange that they don't make it with a flour tortilla, but with fresh handmade corn tortillas. It was delicious. Definitely a place to stop by for lunch. I'll be back as soon as I can.

Got the breakfast burrito with bacon and chorizo and I was impressed by the addition of rice, crema and some spiciness in their recipe (possibly the big chunks of chorizo sausage). The flavor was delicious, the texture was great, the salt fat and acid was balanced and I'd consider it a new favorite.

Previous review: Just writing to review the handmade tortillas. For a taco truck it's amazing that they take the dough and press it right there in front of you. Had to try one by itself and it was delicious.

I ordered 2 tripa tacos lightly crispy. Wow! Best Tripa in town. Tortillas were light and tender and the tripa was seasoned perfectly, and cooked to perfection 👌
