We came to this location and found a handicapped man struggling with the door. Not set up for handicapped at all. He couldn't get the door open and his wheelchair inside. I got the door for him ,and bought his meal. By the time I found him struggling with the door ,he was discouraged. Facility was clean and well kept. Kid zone was clean ,and kept kids entertained. What a cool space for kids! The food however seemed old like it was under a lamp. Did not taste fresh,and of course cold fries . The sundaes were fresh,and delicious.

Typically I'm not one to write bad reviews so this is abnormal for me. Today my husband and I went to this McDonald's and had a mobile order. The person running the first window was wonderful and kind. Got to the second window where there was 2-3 MANGERS standing there. I know there were the mangers because the shirts they were wearing. One manger was just straight up rude because all we had ordered was fries, a frappe and a fountain drink, the other didnt say anything the whole time, rolled his eyes at me when I said thank you for handing us the drinks and the other person standing there was just laughing. They were laughing because not only were they not interacting with us but they got our order wrong. I Typically love going to this McDonald's because the staff is normally nice and I have never had a order be wrong but after seeing hoe those mangers act dont think I will back because that is not how any manger should act. Even if you were having a bad day you could have at least said you welcome or just turned around instead of rolling your eyes and then letting another staff member laugh when they got the order wrong on purpose.

As far as McDonald's go, this one is very nice. They keep it clean and the staff are friendly. The bathrooms are locked; although it's a hassle to ask, it's nice that no transients are hanging out in them. It's also nice that they just put a button to release the door lock instead of giving you some nasty shared potty key. It has a big play structure that appears clean too, (because yes, I climbed in there with my kid), and in the kids area there is a large lobby with lots of screens where you/kids can select from several video games. Lunch starts at 11.
Order got swapped somehow but thankfully the staff and everyone there was able to get it all sorted in a timely manner and impeccably nice and very clean and friendly environment

Lately the drive-through staff has been very short and rude. Every time I go there they get my order wrong. And I don’t notice until I get all the way home. I just wish customer service was the way it used to be.

Fast and friendly service. The mcdouble must have been fresh because it was hot and juicy. Restrooms were clean and the sweet tea looked like tea is supposed to, not just sugar water.

Took my daughter to get food here. They have signs all over that state no free refills and yet still charge the same amount that all other stores will charge. When asked about the policy I was told that the owner is money hungry and does not want to spend the money on free refills. This is so dumb, EVERY other McDonald's i go to has free refills. I will not be going back simply due to this fact.
