Shari's Cafe and Pies

Most rundown dirty restaurant I have ever been to. Carpets are a health hazard, seats in booths are all ripped and torn, ceiling vents are black with dirt and dust. Not a dime invested in this place ever! Food was stale, avacado was dark brown, not to mention flies landing on our plates constantly.

Went in 5 o clock on a Friday they had no pie and only had breakfast items well not all breakfast items just eggs and toast

Food was good. Definitely better than an IHOP or Denny's. Our server was super nice. We received our food pretty quick.

Don't spend your hard-earned money here. It's not worth it foods mediocre at best. Service even worse.

The owners/corporate definitely needs to get it together with the rewards program that has been down for the count since March. I was really looking forward to a free slice of pie since we live where there is no Sheri's and it's not feasible to drive or fly out just for a meal trip. Waitress was super friendly, kitchen didn't make my order right if the waitress put the ticket in properly but it was fixed.

Visited Shari's for a special occasion with my other half, we normally go here all the time but after this last trip I don't think we will ever be returning back to this location or Shari's as a whole.

Where do I begin with this visit, service was okay for the most part, got seated right as we got there and wasn't to busy. Parking lot said a different story, as the EXPO is currently going on and people are parking and walking over to the EXPO, so right of the bat we almost turned away because of that.

The lady that was taking our orders was very friendly and was joking with us as well as other guest around us while maintaining a fun environment. We ordered our drinks, one mimosa, which was pretty much only orange juice and nothing else, and then a raspberry lemonade. I had to send the raspberry lemonade back due to there being a bug floating around enjoying my drink more than I was.

After noticing the bug I started to look around, ceiling tiles, look like they have never been cleaned, window seal has bugs dead on it, the light above our table caked with dirt, dust and god only knows what else.

Our food, probably worse, I have never had a country fried steak come to me cold, but this was a first for me. The outside of it was brown the inside was still pink. My other half ordered a skillet, and it wasn't even hot, it wasn't even warm. It was more cold than anything. Our sour dough bread with a slight toast to it and maybe a hint of butter on it.

Will say for the most part, this was a very disappointing experience from a place I normally go to all the time for breakfast, but after this visit, I can say I will not be returning to this location or to any location here in the Medford area.

The staff are nice, but I wouldn't touch anything in this store until everything is cleaned. Very disappointed.

1st off, the place is filthy. The carpets look disgustingly dirty, actually beyond dirty. Asked for ice tea, was asked if I wanted more...... apparently ran out of ice tea. What restaurant runs out of tea. Haven't been to Shari's for years. This is truly sad representation of what I remember Shari's was.......

Brought my family in for dinner this evening before the fair festivities. Couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly service, we were greated and seated rather quickly. With menus and drinking just moments later. I have never received such prompt service and with a busy schedule, always on the go we don't always get the chance to dine in! Our food was fresh and the presentation was top tier! My husband ordered the hangover burger and stated was handsdown the best burger he has had. Thank you for a great dinner experience we will definitely be returning in the future.

Worst restaurant experience in a long time. Ok, yes I am anger reviewing. I only ordered a club sandwich. Almost half hour later, waitresses comes out and apologizes for wait. Computers are down, but food is coming right up. Came back fifteen minutes later and apologized again, and sites computers for delay. It isn’t for over another 10 minutes I receive my food. If she would have told me after waiting a half hour, your food is going to be another 25 minutes I would have left. Now, I wouldn’t even left this bad review. Since the computers were down, and I didn’t have cash, she gave it to me for free. So why you might ask, did I still leave a bad review? Cause the bacon was raw!!! I couldn’t eat it. So, I waited almost an hour for a turkey sandwich.

The restaurant looks like a typical old school truck stop, but, the food is really good. Large portions served with a smile.

We waited for an hour for our food. They only brought our drinks once and the water for the tea was completely cold. The restaurant looks like it’s never been cleaned. Dead bugs in the windows, mold on the ceiling tiles and the floors were filthy. We ended up leaving before the food came out, as we went to leave we thought we maybe saw our food on the warmer so we asked if we could get it to go and the waitress informed us that our food hadn’t even been started yet. I usually have good luck with sharis because usually they hold themselves to a slightly higher standard than Denny’s their competitors, I was pretty surprised this time.
