They didn't have what I ordered so ended up with grilled salmon that came with two sides and a roll. All the sides were mostly starchy foods. So just got mashed potatoes. They forgot the roll and never came back to full up my ice tea.

Ordered the Easter meal. Website displayed asparagus. When my wife brought it home we had their awful broccoli and rice casserole. We also received dried out mac and boxed cheese. Called another location in Medford,Oregon. Asked the person who answered the phone what was their Easter meal. He told me ,"Ham dinner" I said what is served with the ham. He then git upset and I told him the reason I asked was because the website portrayed the meal with asparagus that's when he became insolent. My meal did not even have a dinner roll that it was supposed to include.

Samantha would not change the paper on one of the lottery machines, she said it would take 30 minutes until someone else could come in before she could do it. She put others that came in after me to eat before me. Horrible customer service, this is why Sharis has a bad rep.

Just a great diner next to a truck stop I frequent a lot. Really enjoy going here and it beats staying in the truck making another PB&J. Staff is always nice and I always make sure to get a slice of pie.

Just be careful when you go to the washroom they'll take your stuff and hold it cuz they think you walked out they clear all your food off the table too even though you had some

This place is very dirty inside there’s holes in the ceiling it makes you not want to eat there due to the inside of the building looks like it should be condemned we got up and took the food to go because of this. The waitress was not that nice. She kinda had a smart mouth attitude,. I don’t know if she thought she was funny or not, but wasn’t very amused. The food was okay
