Hamburger had 2T of mayo on it. Order lady who put out that we were there. ATTITUDE
It was scary parking out behind the building with a dark open field out behind us. Their milk shake was so light in weigh. Very foamy and tasteless. Way over pticed for what we got.

Do not I repeat do not go to the Sonic not only is the manager in the Boss super unprofessional and rude, but they refuse to give you your food after you pay for it just because their end doesn’t show that you paid for it even though yours does and it fully came out of your account, I am a broke college student. I do not have a lot of money and I simply just wanted food. The manager and boss of the store are ungodly, unprofessional, super rude, and were cussing and hung up on me while I was being kind and just asking for the food that I paid for they then disconnected their phone lines just so I couldn’t call back eventually they did reconnect them and I called back and let them hear it. This is ridiculous

Honestly not that good. Their food isn't really that good. Their services definitely needs work its slow and they usually mess up at least one item causing you to have to wait longer even though they aren't busy. One good thing is their shakes. They are open late so if you need good at midnight they are available but there are better options.

Terrible customer service. Lady was rude and clearly overwhelmed. They need more people or need to replace the ones that actually work there. Drive in never open. They’ll make you wait 10 min after pushing the red button and tell you to go through the drive through. Which they take 20 min (I was literally sitting here for 25 min) just to get my order wrong. Come on guys

I had a really disappointing experience at Sonic today. My burger came out cold, poorly made, and looked very unappealing. To make things worse, one of my burgers was packaged sideways, so when I picked it up it was completely smushed and ended up falling apart onto the floor — a total waste. The croissant bites were cold and absolutely not worth the $1.99 for four ridiculously small pieces. I spent $33.00 on this order, and it honestly felt like I threw my money away. For the price, I expected fresh, decent food, but instead I got cold, sloppy, and unappetizing meals. Complete waste of time and money

This is by far the slowest place to order from no matter if you order meals or just drinks called for owner or corporate number and the store manager refused to give me the number one car in drive thru and no response place needs new management and staff i love sonic grew up eating there back home but this particular store is horrble

This place is a train wreck. 8-22-25 6:20 pm. Employee taking orders at drive thru is too simple to handle more then one order at a time. Doesn't understand that if you take multiple orders the cook can plan ahead dropping fries, corn dogs, meat patties etcetera. Nope one order at a time from beginning to end making the line move painfully slow. Extremely incompetent. It is clear what their issues are yet they never fix them. Yeah, you will get a response. The response means nothing because nothing ever gets addressed or fixed.
