I asked for fresh food it was discussing the Pattie are rock hard the Tots literally were just a hard ball , I spoke to the manager on duty and she argued with me and said she watched it be made lied straight to my face , I will never go back !!!! The cook flipped me off and Hailey told me how she only made 14 $ an hour so basically she didint give a shit !!! Worst place ever and food is garbage

The tots were either recooked or over cooked they were so crispy there wasn’t a soft inside & that was every single tot.
Corn dogs were perfect.
Lady’s at the window unremarkable in any way… can’t even recall a greeting or smile.
Customer Service jobs can be challenging, I know cuz that’s what I do is Customer Service, so I know a smile can go a long way. Not asking for a friend or even a chat, but would like a hello, smile, and thank you for your order.

Ordered the chicken tenders. Not very tender at all and barely warm. Most of my food was tossed to the birds in the parking lot and even they didn't seem impressed.

Second time in a week pulling up to the speaker and not getting a response. Wait 5 minutes and try to get someone's attention with no luck. Leave and as I pull around see the car behind me get waited on and pull forward. Please fix the problem.
