This is by far the slowest place to order from no matter if you order meals or just drinks called for owner or corporate number and the store manager refused to give me the number one car in drive thru and no response place needs new management and staff i love sonic grew up eating there back home but this particular store is horrble

This place is a train wreck. 8-22-25 6:20 pm. Employee taking orders at drive thru is too simple to handle more then one order at a time. Doesn't understand that if you take multiple orders the cook can plan ahead dropping fries, corn dogs, meat patties etcetera. Nope one order at a time from beginning to end making the line move painfully slow. Extremely incompetent. It is clear what their issues are yet they never fix them. Yeah, you will get a response. The response means nothing because nothing ever gets addressed or fixed.

This place sucks. We sat at the order speaker for 5+ mins with nothing. No one said a thing. Then ordered at the window and waited another 10 mins to get our food. Honestly embarrassing that this place is even open and serving food. Not to mention to food was 1-10. Never coming here again. What a waste of time.

Raw meat!!!! I got two smash burgers and they were not smashed or cooked. Burger boxes covered in raw meat juice and dripping! Never ever coming back. Extremely disappointed.

So normally this is a great place and food is amazing however this trip the wife and I started with the tots and the second tot that came out had a really long hair included....barf to say the least. We couldn't finish our meal and of course we we far enough away to not turn around. Not happy!!!

Horrible I will not recommend this place because I was driving and starving. Took a break stop for food took 40 minutes. Then they gave me the wrong order of food . I became frustrated. Not recommended to for quick stop if you’re in a rush and tired.
Then I have to claim my money back on line what a ridiculous waste of time and money.

I haven't come here for like a year due to it always being terribly slow and the customer service is terrible. I decided to try again today. It wasnt busy at all. Two cars and me. It took forever to get my fries. And The people who work here look absolutely miserable. Unfriendly and rude. Still. Franchise owner-as much as we appreciate your response-as an owner I would take the reviews seriously-because as you see its the same complaint over and over. If I were you I'd make some serious changes. Just a customer suggestion.
