we waited 30 minutes for someone to come out and take our order. when we first showed up someone was there, fixing the line but as soon as we came to the counter she went into the back and stayed there for 30 minutes until another customer asked a worker from pilot to go get someone to help us. There was lines of people at both taco bell and subway and we constantly saw the workers in the back walking back and forth, so they knew they had customers waiting, they just were too lazy to do their actual job and make a sandwich. Good thing there was no tip jar, it would have stayed empty anyway. Sandwich afterward was good though.

Worst experience today. Ordered and service was fine. But there system was failing and the card reader wouldnt work. They said "its your card" But obviously it was their card reader as I used my card about 3 minutes earlier and worked perfectly fine. Terrible experience and im very disappointed.

Service was excellent! Abby was professional and very accommodating. Their bread is baked fresh daily. Great sandwiches and Abby was a delight to be served by!!!

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and hopefully have parents who will help them to sit down rather then run through the stores.
The lady named Sarah is very rude she upcharges and isn't friendly at all but your newer employees are great! Had a great service and a couple jokes while making my sandwich very fast too!

They upcharge for literally anything... This happened February 5th. They were stingy with the amount of tuna and then when I asked if they can add a little more, they said they're going to up charge. Very disappointing and customer service needs to be worked on.
Good sandwiches made to order. Always nice when the worker isn't so busy he/she is throwing the sandwiches together. A little extra time in preparing each sandwich is appreciated.
Do not recommend this place. Had a really bad experience. I'm a truck driver, went to buy a sandwich and the employee (Jeen) was very unpolite, giving dirty looks and had a really attitude. Wanted to charge more for extra veggies and did not want to prepare the sandwich how the customer asked for. Will not go back to this place, felt discriminated.
Bad place, they charge extra too much, even on the most simplest things, coworkers have bad attitudes, and give bad costumer service.
Terrible experience at that subway, a person with the name Jem shouldn't work there, he doesn't let you choose your sandwich the way you want and everyone wants to charge extra, he doesn't want to put the cheese you want, he says it has to be the one that comes in The photo and she wants to charge for jalapenos is very rude and racist and says that because these are the rules of Subway, she treats the Latino drivers very badly, that's what I realized, what a bad experience.
